The park is pretty big and open with lots nice trees, bushes and flowers. We enjoyed strolling around. It felt almost like a botanical garden.

The term "der Hyliger Born" is the name of the spring which is under the dome attached to an ancient building in Bad Pyrmont. In the building there is a café that serves only coffee, icecream and cakes etc, - no meals. There are a few other shops selling souvenirs, cards and trinkets. There is also a tourist facility that enables you to taste the water of the 7 natural springs in the immediate area. You can bring a cup with you for the water tasting, or otherwise put 20c into a machine and get a plastic cup. At the centre of the building is a room with seats and a stage. There was a chamber orchestra performing on the day we visited. Its free if you have purchased a Bad Pyrmont tourist card. There are clean public toilets in the building too.

Lovely park and good value for money. The park is fairly small but there is enough to see. We particularly enjoyed seeing the monkeys who were very entertaining! We spent about an hour looking round and felt this was enough time to see all the animals. It caters for all ages and there is a play area for children as well as a cafe and small gift shop. You can purchase food for the animals and these are located in vending machines around the park. An enjoyable experience for all!

We didn't get a chance to worship here, but even taking a few minutes to step inside and see this church is worth it. There's nothing spectacular to see, but it's nonetheless a church with a solid, old feel to it. And judging from the displays I saw in windows downtown, the new pastor seems to be reaching out to the community.
