What travellers are saying
- Cruiser729853 contributionsI went promptly at 10AM on w Wednesday when the ticket office opened. There was no line to buy tickets. As a foreigner I could not get the website to accept any of my credit cards.Written 13 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Giuseppe CincindellaRosyth, UK1,696 contributionsNice place to see, in front of one of the stops of the touristic bus, not far from the city center. Historical site in Santiago, Nice building and beautiful view from the top. The walk is quite steep sometimes, narrow steps with handrails. - Christine L3 contributionsWe visited Sky Costanera in March 2024 after 6pm until 9pm to watch the sunset and have drinks at 300 Sky Bar. It was a great way to see the city and enjoy a beautiful sunset.
We recommend visiting in the evening and March is quiet time of year - not many visitors.Written 14 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We have been on a lot of winery tours, but this one had the most interesting history and little museum attached with the tour to spin a wonderful tale that we all lost track of the time! What a great way to spend an afternoon in Santiago on a layover (or just to hang out)!!

I learned about his life and work, and loved the artsy, eclectic house. I highly recommend a visit whether you’re a fan of Neruda or not!Written 14 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - irfen2512Santiago, Chile63 contributionsIt was such a nice surprise. Nice restaurants. Galleries and there is a street market It remind me of what used to be Barrio Bellavista. I would highly recommend it please try ice creams from MontanaWritten 12 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - SeeitalldoitallLas Vegas, NV128 contributionsThis is a beautiful church that is located in the Plaza De Armas. The church itself has much history with beautiful frescas, statues and alters. The signage is only in Spanish which was disappointing. There might be an audio tour option but we didn’t see anything offered. You only need 20 or so minutes to walk around. Unfortunately, the area outside is near the park that it is filled with unsavory characters waiting to take advantage of unaware tourists! Mind your belongings and always be aware of your surroundings.Written 20 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Elaine4749Seattle, WA7 contributionsThe guided tour was extremely interesting. It took about an hour and a half but was well worth the time. It both explained how the Pinochet regime happened and how Chile emerged from it - through letting democracy workWritten 2 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - 631BarbaraMInwood, WV193 contributionsEven though this is not one of the free museums of the city and costs about 10 dollars for tourists, it is well worth the cost. Has an excellent display of artifacts including two or three mummified infants. Sadly, no explanations in English but you will find this in many South American city museums. Just looking at the pottery, tools and jewelry is worth a visit. This museum is around the corner from the Cathedral of the city.Written 9 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RoseSaint Louis, MO438 contributionsThe view at the top of the tallest building in South America is amazing. It gives a complete idea of the city. We visited while on a city tour and the guide could show us the entire valley and surrounding mountains.Written 13 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - poltorToronto, Canada224 contributionsNice park with many amenities for children and active lifestyles. A beautiful rose garden and Thai-themed area and some nice views of tall buildings against the backdrop of mountains. A nice to do if you are in the area and looking for a nice walk on a nice day.Written 29 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - lll-T-R-A-V-E-L-lllDenver, CO147 contributionsBe sure to find the internal courtyard(s) - it's easy to walk by because some of the nearby streets/entrances aren't clear. The interior of at least one of these blocks is full of all kinds of cool restaurants and bars! Go find it!Written 7 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
