What travellers are saying
- N CAshford, UK236 contributionsWell worth a visit if in the area. We bought the tickets directly online. The tour is very well organised and provides great views throughout.
While there, have something to eat in the food court on level two, which provides excellent value quality food. Also take a stroll around the park area right behind the towers.Written 15 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Zsuzsa.GuideTargu Secuiesc, Romania244 contributionsDo not miss museum in Kuala Lumpur. It is organized in three levels, different sections are well marked, not crowded, very simple and elegant. You can see the kiswa, carpets, dresses, jewelry, books, maps, weapons, gebyok door and wall, lot of the pieces from Ottoman and Persian Empire. Do not skip the mockups of the mosques from around the worldWritten 6 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Unfortunately, the food sold here do not represent Malaysian food. When you come here, you’re going to see restaurants serving Thai food (which you can get in Bangkok), Chinese food (which you can get from China, Hong Kong or Taiwan), or Korean food (which you will get from, yes, South Korea). Just look at the red tanglung hanging, you’d think you’re in China right? So where can you get true, authentic Malaysian food? Go to Kampung Baru. It’s a modern-day village selling authentic Malaysian food. Find these food to try: Nasi Lemak, Rendang, Laksa, Bihun Sup, Asam Pedas, Satay with Kuah Kacang, Lontong, Mee Rebus, Mee Kari, Mee Goreng Mamak, Roti Canai, Nasi Ayam, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Char Koey Teow, Wantan Mee, Pan Mee, Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Dagang. However, if you see Nasi Geprek, Ayam Penyet, Bakso, Soto - these are all Indonesian food. Better go next door (Indonesia) and try the real ones for these. - AinKuala Lumpur, Malaysia1 contributionIt was such an amazing experience. I love the cute little details that they put in every little miniature and you can clearly see how much work and effort they put into making this came to life. The lightshow was captivating especially the one in the Dataran Merdeka's miniature. I highly recommend for tourists to come here if you're wanting to learn more about Malaysia but don't have the time to visit all of them :)Written 7 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Soko37Budapest, Hungary4,537 contributionsNo need to get so close as magic of this architectural building is more from distance. A lot of high end stores. Not for the budget traveller, but still some options for them also. Nice looking mall. Plenty of places to eat. Next to KLCC PARK and right under the Petronas towers.Written 28 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
