What travellers are saying
- AMANNING5Pachuca, Mexico45 contributionsIf you are a soccer fan and travel with family you won't find another place like this. It houses at the Salo de la Fama not only the history and memorabilia of the Football Soccer since its beginnings. Also El Mundo del Futbol offers and intercative center for all ages.Written 17 January 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - David FloresPachuca, Mexico11 contributionsA magical and incredible place, worthy of a very good photo shoot together with the beauty of the floor of the entire park! Highly recommended, It is ideal to play with your family on the floor full of mosaics, although you get to scratch if you throw yourself on the floor, the bathrooms were a little far away and the day I went were closed, parking is ample and free, excellent place to relax and especially for those who love photography whether visiting in groups or individual couples, This architectural work allows you to know the art from another perspective.Written 17 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RobertWMichSouth Lyon, MI58 contributionsMy entire family enjoyed the experience even the ones that are not big soccer fans. This was a guided tour where a young man in our case enthusiastically told the story about football developed into an international game and lead us through the tour. It was a great place to see but the guide added a lot to the experience. In addition to the guide's commentary they had 2 small theaters one showing highlights of international soccer and the other showing Mexican soccer. They also had an interactive area where kids could measure skills versus the top players in the game. They had a studio where everybody could try play by play skills or try to be a studio anchor or commentator. At the end they a had a small stadium where you could actually organize a pick up game. Of course to see the hall of fame is a great experience on its own.Written 29 June 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - azb61Mexico City413 contributionsThe place is so well kept that deserves a mention, very good job. When we went is was displayed an Anthropological Exposition of the North of Mexico Native Groups, enlightening.Written 8 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Elisa LSaint Louis, MO158 contributionsThe Dinoparque was the highlight for the kids in our family, it’s small and not interactive but I think the price is fair for what you get.
The botanical area is small but nice too.
The museum had a special robotics exhibit and the 8yr old enjoyed it quite a bit, as well as the preschool area for the 2yr old.
I give it 3 stars because it is very disorganized. The museum and additional areas open at 9:30am, we were there when it opened. Not a SINGLE workshop, craft area, or the like was open. All of them said to come back at 11am. The kids were disappointed when everything was closed. Wish they could be more organized, it’s a nice space.Written 2 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is not huge, but the photos exposed our super interesting ans show a deep inside in the history of mexican photography history. The building itself is also impressive .Written 30 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jelena942Belgrade, Serbia209 contributionsThe tour would have been more enjoyable if you don’t come in stressed because there is no parking and they made you wait for the tour. There is no schedule of tours and you can not do it on your own. The tour itself is good if you want an introduction to how the life of a miner was back then. The guide was very informative. You do not go down into a mine, but into a maintenance tunnel.Written 16 March 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Josh the Travel GuyHalifax, Canada235 contributionsThe city of Pachuca did well trying to spice up this area. Although still a “rough” place to live, the mural painted on the town was a neat idea to bring people to the area. Although we didn’t go in the town, we did stop and park at the grocery store to snap a few pictures before heading into the heart of the town. Nice little stop indeed.
