- Paul OCounty Monaghan, Ireland4,839 contributionsA long pedestrianised street in Miami Beach full of shops and restaurants. A good variety of shops and plenty of places to stop for food and /or a drink. Worth a visit if in Miami BeachWritten 9 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Paul OCounty Monaghan, Ireland4,839 contributionsThis is a great park to visit. Fantastic views out to sea and up along the beach. Nice places to sit and relax and also restaurants to enjoy. One of my favourite parts of South BeachWritten 5 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Timothy L4 contributionsAbsolutely fantastic! Jan Piazzetta was our tour guide and she made the experience a memorable one for us. We were able to experience all that we had hoped for and more. Very informative and on time as promised. Highly recommend this tripWritten 27 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GregskyOttawa, Canada965 contributionsI walked along the boardwalk every day of the week that I stayed in South Beach. The path is nice and smooth, busy with lots of people walking, running, roller blading, and biking. The path is windy and goes from Ocean Drive, to the beach, and back, several times.Written 9 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Paul OCounty Monaghan, Ireland4,839 contributionsThis is the iconic street in Miami Beach full of art deco buildings, bars and restaurants. It is also next to the beach.
Expect to pay top end prices (e.g $20 cocktails etc) for food and drinks. Try and come out for Happy Hour which in most places is between 4 and 7pm.
It is also a good place for people watchingWritten 11 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I learned of the history of Miami Beach which I never knew. I have lived here over 30 years and had no idea the Jews have contributed so much to Miami Beach. I loved it, I recommend for you to stop by if you are in the area.Written 16 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Gene KSalisbury, NC1,261 contributionsAn informative and thought provoking memorial. The graphic panels are very well done and perfectly illustrated the horror of the Holocaust. Volunteer guides are helpful and knowledgeable.Written 16 February 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - WL_MplsMinneapolis, MN45 contributionsThe atmosphere and restaurants along this street are wonderful. It's an oasis of charm and activity amidst some more lackluster areas nearby. The only downside is that it's only about one block long.Written 29 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - la n1 contributionThe premier circus burlesque show in Miami. Par excellence. The costumes, the dancing, the aerial acts and acrobatics and the delightful host, Rocky. A fabulous way to spend an eveningWritten 11 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- alexmilano123 contributionsWe were in Miami Beach South for 4 days. I did not expect much froma "city-beach", but we were surprised. The beach is very long (go on for many many km) and is not overcrowded, not even in the most famous part .....there is possibility to rent beach beds and umbrellas in every part of it, the water was warm and nice. Considering we are in a city, was a great beachWritten 13 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ElsaRosaLopesLisbon District, Portugal217 contributionsCollins Avenue is huge and has lots of shops and restaurants and it is parallels to the beach. - Edmund PHouston, TX643 contributionsWhile staying in the McAlpin.. a historic hotel on ocean blvd we decided to join the walking tour via the art deco welcome center. We had a very knowledgeable tour guide and approximately 30 people along for the tour. We were given headphones and a receiver with 50 ft range. We walked around a 3 block area and visited many buildings of note while our tour guide walked us through the decades and how the evolution of the design aesthetics came aboutā¦ highly recommended. It was a very interesting tour of about 90 minutes. I never would have thought to go to the Miami Beach post office to see a great example of art deco architecture.Written 2 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
