Wonderful experience! Loved learning more about The Alamo. We took the ride on the river which was informative and enjoyable. We ate at the Prost Haus and food and service was great!

I relearned about the Alamo. When you are young it doesn’t mean much to you but once you age history seems to be much more interesting.

I will say this was the most flawless evening! I really appreciated the servers asking the attendees for their allergen requirements prior to serving. I felt relaxed knowing they were taken care of. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food and drinks. Adding the games with drinks and apps made for a nice transition before dinner and allowed for relaxation and fun. The feed back from the ropes course was all good. The cavern tour was beautiful, and our guide was informed and courteous. This was a wonderful experience and so glad we decided on this for our team building event!

It’s a beautiful place. Andrew, our tour guide, did a fantastic job at providing information. It was informative and entertaining, 45 mins is just the right amount of time. It’s free, highly recommend. Thanks Andrew!

We enjoyed our visit to the Missions National Historical Park. It was very educational. The rangers were pleasant and helpful. We recommend visiting at least Mission San Jose first before The Alamo. You will learn about the time of the missions. This is well worth your time to visit!

The cruise was great and informative.
The river for the most part was clean. The History was interesting and well discussed.
Recommend the cruise or a walk around.

I didn't know what to expect since it is January even though it was 70 degrees the day we visited. We did have freezes last week. There was a lot to see with winter gardens and there are also a lot of tropical plants in greenhouses. We enjoyed it all. One complaint is that they really need to give you a map as it is a large area to walk or they could at least place board maps strategically around the park so you can tell where you are. Prices will put it out of many families budgets.

This art museum showcases the private art collection of San Antonio heiress Marion McNay, the museum's founder, in her former mansion. I live in NYC, so I get my fill of art, but the collection here is beautifully curated. There is only one Alice Neel painting, for example, but it is an evocative portrait of a Black girl holding a blue-eyed doll. Paul Gauguin is represented by a bracing self-portrait and a Tahiti painting that features a young nun in her habit sitting amid the islanders that Gauguin is known for painting. There was other contemporary art by unfamiliar artists that was creative and thought-provoking. The museum has a peaceful courtyard in the center to rest your eyes and breathe. Don't miss the short video on the second floor about McNay's fascinating life (four husbands, no less!).

Fantastic!! REALLY captures the west in vision and spirt. I go to western museums when ever and where ever I can find them and this is one of the best. I really enjoyed all the western (cowboy and Indian) statues inside and out. Excellent spur saddle and firearms displays. Great western sculptures and art, chuck wagons, stage coaches and a very professional presentation through out. My wife loved it as well. Don’t miss it
