So this is my first time staying in a hostel, and i am very heavy sleeper. As I have an early flight the day I am departing I would not want to wake up the other people in my room at 6am with my alarm going off for an hour. Is there any type of wake up call procedure for the dorm style rooms?
Hi, a couple of questions...I'm staying May 17-21. I have a HI lifetime membership. I take it since there wasn't a space to put my card/member # on-line when I booked, that I will get the member discount when I arrive? Also, Can I get a lower bunk bed? Just easier for us older guys who might have to use the toilet in the night, ;) and are the lockers included, or do we need to rent one as well? -Thanks, looking forward to seeing you. I have stayed at the hostel in St. Paul's, but not this one.
Have they installed double glazing to keep the noise down from outside the building?
I stayed there before refurbishment a few years ago, and it was incredibly noisy.
Hi, we are booked in June. We are arriving from an international flight early in the morning. Is it possible to store luggage prior to check in?
Can tickets for local attractions be purchased at the front desk? If so, which attractions and is there any discount?
what is the difference between a private room for 3 and a family room for 3? we are 3 women, in london late June/early july 2015.
Also, will we have any trouble staying if 2 of us are under 18 (one is over 18; the others will be nearly 18 at that time). Thanks!
