Leaving the hotel at about 5-5.30am on my last morning of an Insight tour. The breakfast room will not be open that early, is it possible to get a "breakfast to go"
You double charged us I booked 2 nights stay at your hotel for my son from 29/31 December 2017 and paid for it in your website but when my son arrived they charged him again at your hotel and he paid by cash. You have double charged because payment has been paid on my card as well. Please could sort this out.
What transportation is available from air port? How much would a taxi cost, or can you reach hotel via metro from airport?
We arrive on Princess cruise on Sat., 24 June early am. How best to get to your hotel? Can we check in early?
We have a very early flight on Mon. 26 June. Do you have a shuttle to airport?
My wife has limited mobility and may need a wheel chair. She can't climb stairs. What would work for her in your hotel and getting around to sight see & restaurants?
