No thank you, I am not looking to get anyone fired only bad people do that. But your front desk staff can take a lesson on the Security and Janitorial staff. Those people were polite and know how to treat folks with respect. Like i said, I learned my lesson next time its the Disneyland hotel for us like we always do. We tried to save money and we got what we paid for. I just felt sorry for my son in law because he wanted to pay for our stay this year to disneyland. He felt really bad about the way that woman treated me and agreed we wouldn't be staying there again. That's not to say we wouldn't be staying at another Marriotts. Like you said that is not how your hotel chain treats folks, she may have been having a real bad day we all get those.
Hi, are the rooms suitable for 3 adults ( couple and one friend ). Is the fold down bed ok for this. Also is it just one bathroom?
My family is booked to stay at the hotel for the Disneyland Super Hero 1/2 Marathon weekend. Do you know whether there will be shuttle service to the race start from your hotel? Also, is it possible for us to purchase the park & ride shuttle option separately? We booked the hotel room through a travel service, but there was not an option for breakfast to be include, nor for the parking/shuttle services. And finally, we have an infant with us, and hope to be able to prepare formula in the suite. Do the rooms come with a microwave, or is it possible to request one?
