Since I can not write a review again, I am writing it in the question. I stay last June 4 for a night. I really have a bad experience. Nevertheless, after a wrote a review, right away, I heard from them. Her name is Jasmine if is am correct. She was very pleasant. Right away she did apologize. She said that the front desk should not let me leave unhappy particularly I had mentioned that to the front desk. I really pleased that she did that right away. Ofcourse no matter what she still value that you are a guest. Who would not like if you are treated nice. In short after We talked I felt more relieved because of that. She even offer to us to come back and promise will not happen again. I felt that was so nice of her. She giving us a free one night just to cover up what has been damage. I hope all the people are like her. Not because she given us a complementary stay but the sense of calling you and apologizing. Thank you.
Are there cribs available? We just booked the two bedroom deluxe for our trip and we're bringing a baby.
Are the 3 bedroom suites located on the same side of the Highway as the kids pool, game room and restaurant?
