For our last few stays with you, we have looked forward to the pool and hot tub. These stays spanned over a year. I'd like to know if the pol and hot tube are indeed "repaired". We felt short changed the last few stays and continually being told These were under repair. That's not what we paid for. Our grand kids were counting on the pool. We're looking to another trip soon and would like to know.
As I spoke directly to the General Manager (aka Amy) regarding the Receptionist this response is unacceptable. Amy's response leaves the readers with the impression that hotel management was unaware of this incident. Lastly retraining everybody is not the answer rather correcting the one/s responsible is the proper response.
We are looking for a room with 2 Queen beds, with a nice view and quiet. We will have a Quiet little dog with us, 10 lbs.
