Eden Project Questions & Answers

Cumbria, United Kingdom

Living in Cumbria, its a long way to come, but we are planning a short break to incorporate a visit to the Eden Project mid week, early July.

We've booked the train to arrive in St Austell arriving 10.25 and leaving again at 17.42, again from from St Austell. I'm just a bit worried about the connecting bit. Is the bus service regular, and will there be seats available? If necessary is it near enough to get a taxi?

Thanks.

Thanks Boarderboy,

I wish I was the carefree traveller I once was, but I now need to know that I can complete a journey with the minimum of hassle!

If the bus is full we'll get a taxi!

It's near enough to get a taxi but busses run from St Austell.

First group busses Route 101

If you walk it takes 1 and 1/4 hours from St Austell and a taxi costs around £15 I think. You can call these guys

Edentaxis

To check

Have fun, it's a great place to go.
