Hicksville, New York, United States

We are cruising from San Juan next June. Is this hotel convenient to the port? We will be sailing on Royal Caribbean. Thanks

Hola!

Thank you for your interest in the Condado Palm Inn & Suites. Our hotel is only a short taxi ride away from the cruise ports. We are located in the heart of Condado close to restaurants, night life and casinos and only a few steps away from Condado Beach. Please feel free to contact me directly if I can be of any further assistance.

Always at your service,

It's not next to the cruise port, but is a short taxi ride away. If you wanted something closer to the port, Old San Juan would be the place to stay. I would not recommend the Best Western in any event; we had some issues when we were there in April (overpriced and not the cleanest in our experience). If wanting to stay in the Condado area, the Doubletree is awesome! A little further from the beach than the Best Western but it has a lovely pool area.

The hotel is not adjacent to the cruise docks. However San Juan has standardized taxi rates so a short ride to the cruise ship is very reasonably priced. The Sheraton is directly across the street from one of the cruise docks but they wanted a minimum of 2 day stay when we booked. The Condado area has lots to do within walking distance and is a vibrant area to explore. There are two cruise docks in San Juan we were on Carnival but there were others alongside the same pier.

Hope this helps.
