Has anyone stayed in this hotel with kids? Their website say there is a double or twin beds and a sofa bed for children but Im just wodnering if this is an average size bed as we are travelling with a 16 year old?
We stayed 3 nights with our nearly 14 yr old son. He slept on the sofa bed. It was long and wide enough for one teen. It's not as comfortable as a proper bed, some sagging, but manageable for few nights. Room is tight with 3 people, but that's to be expected in UK.
My wife and I travelled with our 18 y/o daughter in July and stayed here for 4 nights. The room was little on the smaller size by US standards, but worked out well for the 3 of us. It was fine. Also, the staff and included breakfast each morning were really good too.
My son who is 5'8'' fitted fine in the sofa bed. We have stayed a couple of times and found staff to be excellent. Great location, close to tubr
We stayed with our 10 year old. The sofa bed is big enough. It should be fine with 16 year old as well. But after the sofa bed pulls out , you can’t use the chair anymore. See about other Holiday Inns, such as Victoria, if it is bigger.
