Would you consider doing a vegan/veggie/meaty sticker/label/flag system for your food to avoid mixups? Just a thought i had as i had a very near miss when I was given a veggie meal instead of a vegan one as the veggie "bacon" looks very similar to the vegan one. Luckily I noticed just in time but its hard to tell - it might be easier for the lovely waitstaff, and doubly reassuring for your vegan customers, if there was a little label on the plate?

You know what?? I read that and thought ' "That is a great idea! "So I took that on board and now we use green flags for our vegan meals. And it helps! Thank you for the suggestion. Our chefs love it too! Especially with parties that have a lot of veggie and vegan to make. We keep it separate but it just makes it so much more easily identifiable when serving a busy night!
