We booked at Expedia for a flight and hotel package and says there is a free shuttle service to and from the airport and hotel. But other answers says there is not. Will we have to book our own transportation to the hotel and back to the airport when we depart?
The hotel arranged a taxi to take us to the airport for our return flight, I don’t think they have any kind of shuttle service
There is no shuttle service to the hotel. Take a taxi or the Leonardo Express from Fiumicino. The hotel will arrange private car back to the airport for around 48 euros.
We booked our own transportation. Not aware if any provided by hotel.
As far as I know the hotel provides no shuttle to or from the airport. We usually take a taxi to the hotel for around 100€. It is very easy to take the train from the airport to the Termini station in Rome for about 14€ Per person - 30 minute ride and trains leave every 10 minutes. We had to do this in March due to an unexpected taxi strike. We had just arrived from Greece where they had a Metro strike. You can take a taxi from Termini station to the hotel by going to the taxi stand 10 minutes to the hotel.

When we stayed there we took a taxi we booked from the airport. The hotel did book a taxi to bring us to the airport that we
We booked transport to and from airport through our Travel Agent. If you can’t organise that when you arrive at Rome airport there are plenty of quality companies based at the airport that will get you to the hotel. Then from the hotel the concierge can organise transport wherever you require
