This question is for the manager of the Louis Creta Princess Beach Hotel and I am repeating it because there has been no response to the question I posted yesterday! I booked my 2 week holiday to your hotel through First Choice/Thomson holidays last May 2013. Last Thursday, 2 weeks before we were due to travel on the 1st August, Thomson's advised me that our holiday was cancelled due to your hotel overbooking rooms. Please can you explain why this has happened when we booked our holiday 14 months ago? We are disgusted that you think it is okay to let your customers down in this way.
We are very sorry for the unfortunate event which occurred with your booking at our Louis Creta Princess. As you know we did reply to your letter and e-mail, offering you the opportunity to still spend your daytime and all meals at the Louis Creta Princess. In this case we would have arranged for a daily complimentary transfer to and from the hotel you stayed in, as well as complimentary full day use of all our facilities, restaurants and bars. We also left a message to the hotel you stayed at in Chania, in an effort to speak to you personally, but you never replied to our messages.
We again apologize for causing you so much trouble and we hope that your holiday in Chania was still pleasant. The opportunity to welcome you at Louis Hotels in the future would be nothing short of an honour.
