Dear "anon867",

It is better to have a reservation, because on some days our waiting queue is very long.

Please do not hesitate contact us at info@figlmueller.at for reservation.

At the bigger restaurant we had to queue. It didn't take longer than 10 minutes.

You can always queue. But, the queues can be long so I would suggest you book. If you do you will have to 'push' to the front to tell the reception person that you have booked.

If I may suggest try Reinthaler's Beisl near St. Stephan's Plaz cheap, typical and with fine beers (try Hedelweiss).

I suggest to book in advance because it's always full of people. Be aware of the fact that in this place there is no beer available because they can sell only own produced products (by law).

I would definitely book as it seems to be extremely popular and I would imagine even more so on a Saturday night. We did manage to get a table without a booking but it was mid afternoon so inbetween meals and during the week. Hope you enjoy it.

There are two branches of the restaurant close to One another if you go to the one that's smaller in the small passage you have to book.

the other branch that's bigger not a must to book but you might have a wait.

It's quite big restaurant. We were several times, didn't book. Maybe it would take to wait a while.
