Barut Arum Questions & Answers

Hi, we are coming to the resort Aug 14-22 and have a twin room. After reading the reviews I see that lots of people were upgraded upon arrival. We are hoping to get a king bed as our two year old will be sleeping with us and the twin beds won't be as comfortable.

Also, does the resort provide any pool floats or beach toys for the children?

Thank you!

Hi, Unfortunately we didn't take small children so couldn't tell you about beach toys, although I don't remember any around. We didn't get an upgrade but our room was great. So sorry I cant help you more, but, rest assured, you will have a great time.

Hi,

I guess the upgrade options will depend on how busy the resort is (it was relatively quiet when we visited in March). Similarly, the kids club was closed when we were there as there were very few children at the resort. The staff are very good, but we can't say what things may be provided for children in the resort, or on the beach - but nothing provided when we were there. There are a large number of shops in town where you should be able to buy toys/floats etc if you wish to.

Hi. I would just add to what Angie M said by warning that I think it unlikely you would be offered an upgrade in August: a time when the hotel should be able to sell beds easily. Pre-booking a suite is the advised option. NB These are in the main hotel itself and on the higher floors.

hi we booked a junior suite and the beds are king and very big , deff would be plenty of room for you all. I cant comment on the other rooms but they are so helpfull there they will tell you all you need to know. I didnt see any pool floats for the children only the ones that people brought along them selfs. but there is a smaller childs pool with 2 water slides . hope this helps.
