On behalf of Rendez Vous by Charm Spa & Massage, I'm Thien Tran the manager. First of all, I'd like to thank you for your time to reviewing us as your review would improving our business standard.

I then had a meeting with our staff to investigate this matter. Number one role for us is our costumer highest satisfaction so taking during massage hour is one of our strongly prohibited roles. Second, I went back to our business sheet 3 days ago, there weren't any Herbal business service on the given day. Plus, for any type of service we do have our own amount of ingredient that we believe would meet our costumer satisfaction. This would answer your concern about not enough herbal oil for the matter (no need to cut back since every therapist is given the right amount for that specific costumer service).

I finally come to the conclusion of your review is given to us as a wrong business location. I'm writing this to ask you a favor of removing your review since this would hurt our business.

Hello,

I would like to confirm with you that it is not a wrong business location. My friend and I went on the 6th of January. We both got herbal therapy. Both of us were really bothered by the staffs constantly talking. I would suggest you to review the business sheet once again.
