We are two elderly ladies and need to have a quiet night's sleep? Any guarantees?
We have had some light sleepers which have reported being able to hear the train horns as trains pass on the north side of the river, but most guests enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Once inside your room you will not hear any highway noise. Our rooms are well insulated and prevent noise intrusion from most outside sources and other guests.
There is a Hwy in front, and train on the back side. We were on the back side and had no trouble sleeping. There are several motels close by and, I think they all have the same issues of being on the Hwy and near train tracks.
We did not have any noise problem. Since it is a concern request a room facing the outdoor pool on the west or north sides. They are away from traffic.
Hi, my recollection is that we stayed in 10 different hotels of this grade , in 10 days...despite having jet lag (we are British) I don't recall being kept awake anywhere as a result of undue noise, either from highways, trains or people. Unless you are exceptionally sensitive I wouldn't think you'd have a problem here.
