Why is nothing done to kill the poison ivy growing all over the property? Even around the lake. If you walk around the lake at night you probably will get it. They should hire a landscaper to remove it.
We cut the poison ivy as much as possible. In the summer it grows back within days. If you stay on the trail you should be clear of it. With 25 acres of land, it is impossible to get it all without destroying the environment. Poisons are not allowed by the pond. I see from your review, that you are mostly there for "Play", but many of our guests are here for other types of good times. Since we got rid of the "Play" areas, our business has increased every year. Adults can find places to "Play" if they want to, but we are not here to promote this. We are here to make sure those staying at our hotel and those who go to our dance club or restaurant are here for a good time. The perfect place for that kind of "play" is a campground. We are not a campground. We have a liquor license to protect.
