Hello Denise W.

Thank´s for your interest en BLS Don Jaime

We are very sorry, but we have verified that not all rooms are wheelchair friendly. The common area, the entrance and dining room have ramps and access is easy, but in reality there is no wheelchair adapted room.

We are very sorry and hope that this is not a big problem.

There is a slight slope, heading up to the hotel entrance area, but when in reception,is all on one level and a small 2 people lift up to all floors/rooms. not sure what their doing with the refurbishment,so i'd email/message them to ask, before booking. hope this helps. .

The lay out in the dinning room was not great for anyone with mobility issues. Hotel was being renovated so unsure if this has changed. there is a lift to bedrooms.
