Coco Plum Island Resort Questions & Answers

Baltimore, Maryland

My fiance and I are considering traveling to Coco Plum for our Honeymoon the first week of June 2015.

We are a little concerned about rain. Have any travelers gone around this time and what was your experience with the weather.

Good Morning,

Thank you for your interest in Coco Plum Island Resort. Since June is the start of our rainy season it doesn't mean that the rain will start as June begins. We have a many guests travel in June. However as the years go by the weather varies. For example we are in the month of August and from June we have only had rain 5 days if even that much. Last year it rained in June but not as excessive as the year before.

If there is a Tropical depression out this will determine the length/ period it rains. Like I said this year it was shocking that we barely received any rain in June but I cannot say that will be the same for 2015.

I hope the information provided has helped you in planning your island vacation with us.

Caribbean Regards,

Hello, Don't know if you are still considering this property or if you have booked other plans but I just wanted to let you know that we stayed at Coco Plum for 9 nights in June 2014 and it only rained 1 night our entire stay and 1 day for about an hour. I was really concerned because the forecast said thunderstorms everyday and it probably does rain on the mainland but it was nothing but sunny skies on the island for our stay. Although, I will mention, it was very windy during our stay. We had a blast!
