We have stayed in this unit numerous times mostly with just our family of four. The unit is nice and love the location and that is on ground floor. We will be going there again in January 2016 and according to owner they have replaced furniture in living room. The second bedroom is small with twin beds but think you could push them together if you wanted. This is our favorite location to stay and so close to everything. Kitchen is updated and master bedroom and bath is huge...price is reasonable based on other units in complex

May be too late to help but we have stayed there twice. Great location as you can quickly access pool area through sliding glass doors. Easy to zip back in to grab lunch etc and also play outside on the lawn. The unit is nice enough - master bedroom and ensuite massive. Second bedroom is okay - 2 twin beds but no window. Attached bathroom fine. You can't beat the proximity to the beach, the free towels/beach chairs. No direct ocean view but all you need to do is open your lanai door and step out and there it is. As it is a ground floor unit the sun doesn't reach it so it is a bit dark but all in all - I think it is worth the money.

Although we have not stayed in this unit, most have been updated, some nicer than others. Try to find out what building # this unit is in so you can also check with the front desk regarding any scheduled building maintenance during your stay.

Try to find out what Building # the unit is in, this will help you also determine if there is going to be any maintenance done in the building over your stay by contacting the front desk. Although I have not stayed in this unit, most units have been updated, some nicer than others.

We did not rent that unit but you are wise to try to find someone who has. There is so much variety. I strongly suggest getting a property map and figuring out where the unit is. We paid for ocean view and did see a lot of beach and ocean but also overlooked a parking lot. It was surprising that this was considered ocean view. Have a great trip. It really is a great property.
