Thank you for your interest in The Fairmont Olympic. We do not have a dress code in any of our common areas or restaurants, and in our common areas our guests dress for the occassion that they are visiting for. Many of our guests throughout the summer are visiting Seattle on leisure, so they are generally dressed in smart casual attire, but many of our guests throughout the year dress in business attire. You may contact us directly at (206) 621-1700 if we may be of further assistance. We hope to welcome you soon.

No; like photoguy above, we took the light rail. Easy, quick & saved $$$ compared to car service

I do not know of any dress code while I was there, but saw others wearing formal clothes going into each of the dining places in the hotel. The Terrace was comfortable and employee's were really nice and helpful and friendly. Me and my friend liked the food and the set up of the place.

Hello, the common areas do not have a dress code. You see people dressed ready to tour Seattle, go to a mariners game or go to a fancy restaurant. I hope that helps!

No, there is not a dress code, but the restaurant is quite lovely and formal. One would feel more comfortable dressing a bit. I wouldn't go in dressed for the beach. Best to consult the hotel for what is expected. Enjoy...great restaurant!

In the Seattle Fairmont main dining room, the Georgian, there is not a dress code, but long pants and shirts, both men and women, are expected. Shuckers is informal although most of the patrons are dressed as above.
