Where is the museum and miniature railway? What journey route is that? Its sounds a nice place to stop off.

Visitors buy tickets and board the train at Porthmadog. The station is at the north end of town, across the High Street from the main line railway station, so it's a walk from the F&WHR station. WHHR trains run "out and back" excursions with a short stop at Gelert's Farm that gives you enough time to look around the museum.

The museum and miniature railway are at Gelert's Farm which the train stops at on the return journey after reaching Pen-y-Mount which is 3/4 a mile away. :)
