Arriving On Flights to Aruba

Aruba, a Caribbean island located 15 miles north of the Venezuelan coast, is where Reina Beatrix International Airport can be found. Situated on the western side of the island, the airport is the main gateway into Aruba. Wi-Fi is available at the airport for a charge and travellers who have bought airfare to Aruba will find shops and restaurants in abundance. The California Lighthouse, which is found on the northernmost tip of the Aruba, is where many scenic views can be enjoyed. Tourists who are feeling active can climb the Casibari Rock and Ayo Rock Formations. On reaching the tops of these formations, climbers benefit from magnificent countryside views. The Aruba Ostrich Farm may be an unusual attraction yet walking tours around the ostrich pens and incubators are popular here. The Butterfly Farm in Aruba is a stunning attraction: set within a tropical atmosphere, travellers can tour the habitat of these butterflies and learn more about the butterflies' lifecycle.

Shopping, Dining and Nightlife in Aruba

Oranjestad's waterfront features countless vendors selling souvenirs for travellers who have taken flights to Aruba. The Renaissance Mall, also in Oranjestad, is home to a wide range of popular American and European apparel brands, including Tommy Hilfiger and Gucci. Many chain restaurants, such as Wendy's and Pizza Hut, are available in Aruba. French Steakhouse offers delicious steaks while Barefoot Restaurant serves up vegetarian cuisine. Bugaloe Beach Bar is hailed as one of the coolest places to visit while in Aruba. Sopranos Piano Bar is best for those with an ear for smooth jazz music.
