Barbados: Meridian Inn. A average place with great people.

The Inn is OK but Barbados is a dirty run down, crime infested island. Most of the locals and business provide bad service and don't care. We were told by one of the better known resturants that if we didn't like the service to just leave and not come back, they always have new torists to fill their resturant.
This Hilton is not even close to Hilton standards. This Hilton is very dirty and the service in the resturants is very slow and indiferant. The hotel like al of Tobago is crime infested. They do provide many security guards throughout the complex both day and night.
The Island of Trinidad is one of the better and more advanced Islands of the Caribbean, The people are friendly, but it has so much crime that your Hotel will be well guarded and have security alarms and tell you not to walk at night. All of the better restaurants and stores have the front doors locked at all times. You must always knock to get the front door unlocked to be left in or out.
Antigua is a dirty run down island with nothing to offer its tourists accept a bad attitude. This is a place to be avoided. Many places in the world have good weather in the Winter besides the Caribbean Islands
