  • 1. National Museum
National Museum, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan

We paid 5 rm for this but nothing much to see... however i will still go since the place pretty much sums up the whole malaysian feel and history. After this we went to the National Palace (very near the place)

I suggest you also pass by the Textile museaum along the way because it is very near.

  • 2. Chinatown - Kuala Lumpur
Chinatown - Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan

11 am and this place is already open but it is best that you come here in the afternoons since that is when the action is starting. HAGGLE! learn it!

all things can be discounte dto at most 50% or so... heheheh i loved it! Shirts for 8RM or less!

  • 3. Central Market
Central Market, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan

even cheaper than chinatown! it is just a few blocks away and is a real nice place to browse and dine! You can also get massages and what nots!

  • 4. Batu Caves
    Batu Caves, Batu Caves, Selangor

now for 1RM, this is a STEAL! hehehe i love this part of the trip. We boarded the train in KL Cnetral going to Batu Caves. We got there and saw beautiful scenery... alot 2-3 hours for this leg of the vacation.

  • 5. Petronas Twin Towers
Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan

I appreciate the clear lines and arhcitecture of the Petronas tower by day but better yet go there at night.

How to get there: Easiest and cheapest way is through MRT (monorail station) we alight at the KLCC station and it is right in front of the tower.

Nearby (a few km away) is the Tourist Center. It is also a nice place to go to plus tehy have a chocolate factory beside it (yummy!)

  • 6. Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC)
Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan

After looking at the Tower go inside the KLCC mall to look around. It may not be cheap but it is air conditioned!

  • 7. Bukit Bintang
Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan

To cap of the night of the 1st day get to Bukit Bintang and check out the many restos and hawker food stalls on the side street! CHECK FIRST their menu and compare prices! Do not be fooled! there are OVERPRICED stalls.... you have been warned!

also a word of advice. If they left out something on the menu DO NOT FOLLOW UP in the middle of what your are already eating. Chances are they forgot and by the time they serve it, your already done... they will still make you stay and pay... no such thing as they serve too late.... (our phad thai came in when we have already requested for the bill. They apologized but said we still have to pay...oh well lesson learned.)

  • 8. Christ Church
Christ Church, Melaka, Central Melaka District

Left Kuala lumpur 9am and took a 2-3 hour bus ride to Melaka. Our first stop was actually St. Francis church but we did not get down the bus so what we did is we just took pics from the bus.

*We paid 120RM for the whole MELAKA TRIP and it is from 9am to 6pm

  • 9. A'Famosa Fort
A Famosa Fort, Melaka, Central Melaka District

It was sooooo hard getting to the top of the Fort (for me anyways) but it was worth it!

The feeling of the old church was nostalgic and the steps were properly maintained. so i guess i give this thumbs up! The people playing the harmonica and the violin on certain areas gave a nice warm feeling to the place. I like this stop very much

  • 10. Jonker Street
Jonker Street, Melaka, Central Melaka District

After the lunch we headed for the last stop which is the old china town of Melaka- Jonker street. Lots of Shops and places to take pictures!

i love the vibes of the place!
