Start your day with breakfast at the famous 24/7 bakery close to Av Paulista. They serve breakfast buffet and I always enjoy tasting the cakes, breads and cheese Brazil has to offer.
It's all about the beauty of the railway station. The inside and outside shows of the architecture.
For all the food lovers, the is a MUST! This is a fresh food and goods market. They have wine, olive oil, pastas, nuts, fruits, fish..... Just walk around and taste all weird fruits of Brazil. If you are hungry, buy a Mortadella sandwich upstairs! You can spent some time in the streets surrounding the market
On your way back from Luz railway station, quickly exit at the Se station and check out the beautiful cathedral the center of SP has to offer! Amazing, huge and in the middle of Sao Paulo. A famous landmark in Sao Paulo and the only church you really need to see.
Just behind the Cathedral at Se, you will find the famous Japanese/Asian neighborhood. Just walk around and look how different it looks to the rest of Sao Paulo. It is also famous for Japanese/Asian cuisine
This museum hosts famous artworks from the masters- van Gogh, Picasso, Rembrandt. There are three levels you can visit and the building itself is interesting as well.
The best book shop in SP! The atmosphere forces you to grab a book and start reading. After all the walking, this is a perfect spot to relax, enjoy free wifi and rest before you continue your journey! They have a small coffee shop with pastries and they also sell English books
Take a bus that goes down Brigadeiro Luiz Antonio and get out when you see the famous flag monument. Walk to the park and try to visit at least one of the three museums inside the park. You can rent a bike and ride around all day. There are open spaces, jungle gyms, recreational areas and 3 museums to visit.
This unique hotel has a bar right at the top. If you go for a sundowner, you can see a beautiful view while you enjoy your drink! The Skye bar is the place you want to visit, just take the elevator at the entrance of the hotel.
Finish your day with the best sushi ever. This restaurant serves a rodizio- all you can eat- for R$50 ($20). The fish is fresh, the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. They serve a variety of Japanese food. Family friendly!
