Pescadero has three primary coast access points. This one starts at the central point immediately south of the HWY 1 bridge over the marsh mouth. This walk is more of a wander than a regular point to point trek.

We were down shortly after a storm which had washed out much of the sand, leaving behind a cobble beach for most of its length.

The powerful backflow of the receding waves caused hundred of these cobbles to roll, creating an amazing rumble.

Access down to one of the cove beaches and the short walk along the water to the point defining the northern end of this beach and the rock outcroppings.
