We recently traveled to Turkoise and it was a beautifully decorated small resort. We are not a group activity couple, we enjoy laying on the beach and beach bars. Sharkys is much fun. The room was what one should expect at a resort. Highly recommend paying the little extra for the balcony. Many evenings were spent watching the waves and sunset. Only complaint is that there is only 2 food places. One is a buffet which is ok at best, Sharkys becomes reservation only at night. Perhaps just one more restaurant to help change it up. Would go again.

It was my first time in the Turks as it was on my bucket list! It didn’t disappoint! My friend decided to arrange pretty much everything and Club Med Turqouise was it! From the moment we stepped on to the resort it was clean, colorful, open and very relaxing! We started at on floral night and started at Sharkies right away. We enjoyed the beautiful sunny days every day, the smoothies in the morning and mojitos in the afternoon at Sharkies, and the late night parties every night. My favorite nights were classy night and white night! It was really fun how they had themed days and entertainment every night! Never a dull moment! The only day that could have been improved was Valentines Day we had scheduled two massages and my masseuse didn’t show. It was rescheduled for another Day personally by Diana Cote’ which was really nice. The massage was AMAZING on the beach! We went on a excursion set up by Rachel Chung to go snorkeling with The Blue Collective and to see Iguana island. The excursion was nice, however, they didn’t tell us that we would have to SWIM to and from Iguana Island. We couldn’t bring our cameras and were not able to take pictures of the iguanas. We also went riding horses in the ocean! The regular Providence Ponies were booked and Sydney Hmdg was super kind to help me book with a different group called Unique Tours and Rentals so I could ride on the day of my birthday! The dinner buffet at night was always filled with many different types of food and it was always nice to have crew like Juju Trazle and Lance Weinhardt (The Chief of Happiness) greeting is at the entrance. They were hilarious! Eden Mendoza was always around to give us hugs and say good morning! I was talked into trying out the Trapeze area and Shallen Orband, Tammy Muller, Elliot Hathaway and Sanyo KS were amazing and helped us learn! I ended up being “in the show” and it was so envigorating! Probably would never do it again, but it was amazing and I have it on video to prove it! We also went and walked the rescue dogs at Potcake Place K-9 Rescue! The puppies were so cute and we had a great time! Arturo Pineda and Sydney Maricle had dinner with us one night and were so nice! Sydney always went out of her way to say hi and make us feel like family. On the last day to leave, we didn’t want to leave! It was so much fun being able to be a part of such a fun “family!” Everyone helped us feel so at home and welcome that we will remember them forever! Thank you Club Med Turqouise! We will be back!…

1) COVID-2019 Me and my wife were the last one who leave Club Med Turkoise after closing this resort. It was very sad: GOs leaving every day, bars and sport activities starting to close, shows and parties cancelling. I understand that this is not a problem of this Club Med and all GOs tried to do their best in such situation, so my review will be based only on first 10 days of our stay, and the last 4 days of our stay I will not take into account. 2) Food I removed one star for Club Med Turkoise because of its food. Food on this resort is not tasty at all. All food is very salty, very fried, everything has no taste, even fruits have plastic taste. I read some reviews where people wrote that “croissants are better than in 99% of New York’s cafes”. If this is truth, I will never go to New York. I can’t imagine how french people (who likes fresh and tasty food) survive in Club Med Turkoise. I never have been in USA, may be comparing to USA this food is fantastic, but comparing to Club Med Punta Cana or Club Med Cancun this food is only for not to die. 3) Nature Ocean in Club Med Turkoise has amazing color. We made a lot of photos of ocean, waves, beach and so on. I never saw such colors even in Maldives and Seychelles. Ocean is the number one reason to go to Club Med Turkoise. But to be honest, this ocean is not so warm, water in it is fresh. Also there is constant wind which sometimes reach 12 m/s speed. But when you are walking on white powdery sand it is not so important. 4) Infrastructure This Club Med was not renovated like Club Med Punta Cana, for example. Rooms are small and a little bit old. Living buildings are located asymmetrically: three of them are located close to the sailing base, Sharkies bar and tennis courts, another three buildings are located close to scuba diving deck. If you live in that buildings walk to Sharkies bar and sailing base will take about 10 minutes. Also I want mention that dancefloor at the main bar is small. During parties it is too tight to dance among other people. There is a great place in Club Med Turkoise – Sharkies bar. Its location is perfect – close to the beach and sailing base. Everybody relaxes in this bar during day and especially during happy hour. You can order some burgers, nachos, snacks and cocktails during the whole day and sit in front of the ocean. Also I want mention smoothie bar at Sharkies – I never saw this solution before in any Club Med. You can get some cold fruit smoothies and cool down while you are chilling at the bar. 5) Shows and parties Shows in Club Med Turkoise are specific. This is 18+ Club Med, so many shows have a lot of jokes above the limits, but this is OK because there are no children on resort. All GOs are crazy during, for example, Flashback show and these vibes translated into the dancefloor for the parties. People are going crazy and this is really great!!! 6) GOs The second reason to go to Club Med Turkoise is GO team. They are really one team – we saw it when they say goodbye to GOs who departure from resort because of COVID-2019. First of all, I want to say “Thank you very-very much” to our Brazilian friend – Rodrigo. “Rodrigo, you are great. Thank you very-very much for all dinners, parties, beach volleys and other activities that you have spent with us. It was so great and crazy. You have made our vacation.” Rodrigo is very great for parties but also he is super professional for sailing. When I came to sailing base I always receive great advises how to do best sail today. Not less than Rodrigo I want to thank Boris from sailing. He also spent a lot of time with us during lunch time, shows, parties and other activities. He is a great guy and also super professional in sailing. During regatta he discovered me some tricks which help me to turn faster than others. It was very helpful, Boris, thank you very much for it. And also thank you for explaining me the impacts of different turnings during sailing. Alexis from sailing is also great guy. He is very friendly and always try to help you even you don’t ask him about it – it is so great. I know that Alexis is good in mountain ski and want to go to French winter Club Med next season, so Big Club Med’s Bosses, please, send him to Val Thorens, for example, he will do all his best there – I promise. Some words I want to say about tennis coach Mitch. Mitch is everywhere: on tennis courts, beach volley, water polo and so on. There is no any sport activity without Mitch. “Mitch, I said it before and write it here: you are the best tennis coach in Club Med I have ever seen. You create so interesting lessons. We are always in game during these lessons: we change sides, switch partners, try to pass rocket to other players, try not to lose the last point, and if we lost it, we switch side/partner and receive another chance. If you see that king of the courts are strong you change rules of the game immediately and everybody receive chance to become king of courts. It is so great that you give us ability to play and during this play tell us what’s wrong and how we can improve our technic. That is exactly what we want during tennis lessons in Club Med. Thank you very much for it.” From guest relation team I want point Mikael. Main Mikael’s idea is “Mikael said, Mikael did”. And this is true. We can ask Mikael about everything and he did it always. Luca from reception was very friendly and very helpful. During these heavy days he was very composed and did everything very fast and punctually. Andre from circus team was very pleasant and spent a lot of time with us entertaining by talking, dancing, playing beach volley and partying. And the last but not least I want to thank all bartenders: Aaron, Fred, Drew and others. They are really great guys. After one or two days they remembered the drinks that we love and made them every time we came to the bar. Also they take a part in different sport activities: beach volley tournament, pool games and so on.…

I really enjoyed my week at Club Med Turkoise. There was always so much to do! Check in was so quick and easy. Some people have said the times on the app are wrong, however I never encountered this problem. I enjoyed all of the water sports and Emily did a great job at taking us sailing! As for food, Sharkies was great for breakfast lunch and dinner. The steak was phenomenal for dinner. The main restaurant- only complaint is that sometimes the food wasn't that hot. Otherwise, HUGE selection and amazing fish. Staff was nice and always made conversation and asked how we were doing. Staff at the front desk, however, always were rude unfortunately. Overall, it was a fun filled week!

All food is included. Very limited options though! Only buffet and small outdoor bar serving snacks. I was not impressed with the quality of the food. Drinks are included but limited to local beer and very cheap wine and spirits. If you want a known brand of beer, spirit or wine you pay top dollar!

I don’t expect grey goose to be included in any package anywhere. And I agree with the above commenter, it’s highly overrated. What does bother me, is that most resorts now give you generic booze. I’m just really tired of having to pay extra for everything. At this resort you had to buy a bottle of wine or a lobster dinner just to sit outside on the deck at dinner. Same deck was open to all at breakfast and lunch.
