Im here with my family and I have a 6 and 3 yr old. Staff was rude and told my kids that they are noisey. This is during the day, during a pandemic when the hotel is practically empty. They are kids on vacation that are excited and are having fun, screaming, laughing and singing loudly. The room are also full of mosquitoes, we have to ask to have the room sprayed daily and still. This after having to get our room changed because the tv and fridge didnt work. They also had put us on a second floor with no elevator and expected us to go down with a stroller and beach toys etc and just carry it. We had to request the room change.

I am sorry that you have some concerns with your stay. I am presently off island but have spoken to our Manager who reports that you had already been moved to a ground floor unit. Apparently you did not request a ground floor unit and all our guests are presently being placed on the 2nd floor as we are renovating the pool area. I understand that you were also given an upgraded room at no additional cost. You are right about the mosquitoes. everyone on the island experiences issues with them this time of year but we have been spraying to eliminate the issue. I am told that we have been very cooperative with the children and even helped setup a birthday party. We did receive a few complaints from guests about the children making noise so we had to discuss it with you. Hopefully the rest of your stay will be more enjoyable.

I cannot Express how welcome I felt at all times here. I laughed with Miss Flo, Mr. Taiwayne, and Miss Martime. I talked for hours to three bartender Watson who knows everything about that island, I think! Even the groundskeepers invited me to have a fresh coconut that I watched them cut down from the courtyard trees during breakfast! This is the only place I'll stay in Turks and Caicos!

On behalf of the entire team at Ports of Call I would like to thank you for both the great review but more importantly for choosing to stay with us so soon after we reopened. While we are known for our friendliness and personal staff I am sure the staff's appreciation of finally having guests contributed to the great atmosphere. Hope you do get a chance to return.

The music was superb I went to the decade show which was a great show everything for everyone. The comedy was funny and clean. They show that you could take your children to. My wife enjoyed the show so much she wants to go back.

Thank you for the nice review but I believe you have mistakenly posted to the wrong resort. While Ports of Call Turks and Caicos does organize a weekly Managers Social that is quite entertaining, we are a small boutique resort that does not have in-house entertainment or shows but rather encourages our guests to enjoy the many nearby restaurants and bars (some of which have entertainment and shows) that are all located within a few minutes walk of our resort.

Not sure what you mean by flats. If you mean something that needs to be blown up with air I’m sure they would. Best thing is to contact the hotel. They have lots of things you can use for entertainment in the water and they have or maybe other people brought floats to the water in the pool which kids were using. If that’s what you need I’m sure they can accommodate you. Good choice of place as the other person said if you have problems ask Shay or Watson there are tons of people that will help you. Enjoy your trip to Paradise

More than enough to get you on your way. They also have jam peanut butter packets which you can use as well on breads. Coffee tea water all day long. Breakfast is from 630 till 10-10:30

We stayed at POC for our first and last night. I'm so glad we did. Our flight to Turks was delayed by a couple hours so I'm glad we didn't lose that time at the expensive resort. Also on our last day at Beaches we stayed until after dinner then drove to POC which is about 10 mins away. Also, we rented a car for the first and last day. Grace Bay rentals allowed us to pick up the car at the airport then drop off at Beaches. Then on our last day at Beaches the dropped off a car and that's how we got to POC, then dropped off at the airport before our flight. This gave us a chance to explore the island without spending precious time away from Beaches Resort.

While i'm not certain, i think the lobby has some stairs without a ramp. The ground floor rooms do face pool & afain while not certain do appear wheelchair friendly.
