One word to describe our stay at Villa Renaissance…AMAZING! We were there for 5 nights with our family and selected Villa 204 which was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was completely stocked to make us feel like home. The location is perfect with shops, restaurants and the Graceway Gourmet grocery store all within walking distance. Having the kitchen and extra space for our family was perfect not to mention the balcony just steps from the beach or the lovely pool. This was our 3rd visit to the island and we will definitely be staying at Villa Renaissance on our next visit.
Unfortunately we did not get a chance to visit the island or stay at this hotel. Due to covid-19 our flight was cancelled and thus we cancelled our hotel reservation. Per the rental agreement cancellation within 60 days would result in 0 refund. The owner of the unit that we were renting (#306) was very responsive and understanding and ensured that we got a full refund in light of these extraordinary circumstances. If we decide to got to Turks again, I will be sure to rent unit #306.
We stayed at Villa Renaissance for our Honeymoon in March 2020. The property was amazing and the room was great. The main bedroom, deck, and living room furniture have been updated from how they were described in earlier reviews. The view of Grace Bay from the balcony was amazing and the grounds were immaculate. Just a note, Villa Renaissance does not have beach-side bar service, but does have a poolside bar. We would definitely comeback to both Villa Renaissance and Room 307.
This was our 5th time to Provo, but our first stay at Villa Renaissance. We had a wonderful 2 bedroom villa with a view of the gardens. It was spacious and quiet. All of the staff at VR were friendly and helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for dining. Initially we were hesitate to book as the pool is not beachfront, but it turned out well as Provo was super windy the first few days. Too windy to be at the beach, but the pool area was nicely protected by its location. After the winds decreased we could enjoy the gorgeous beach. Villa Renaissance is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. This time we didn’t rent a car and only needed to get a taxi for one dinner. We really liked staying at this part of Grace Bay. We’ll definitely stay here for our next Provo trip. …
This property is amazing and is well staff, the staff is always there to assist in anything needed. The rooms had great views (with fully retractable wall to wall glass door) and all the items you would need while away from home (games, tennis rackets et cetra). The great thing is they will load the dish washer with dishes from the day before and start it, when you come back to your room later in the day its all clean, nice touch of service. The property connects directly to the beach, where there are chairs and umbrellas for your use. This property is very walkable to different ristorante and shops.
