Great resort and staff! It always is an excellent experience staying at the resort! We have stayed there about 12 times and each time it get better. We would like to mention a few of the staff that must be recognized for their exceptional hospitality: Adrian, Christina, Skyers, Therena, Gloria, Razor and Lettuce, Dio, Yanique, Forty, Ferrar, Ramon, Stephen,

Hotel's Favourite
This was our third trip since 2019 to the Alexandra Resort in Grace Bay. As usual, we had a fantastic time. The water is crystal clear, the soft white sand on the beach is always clean and free of seaweed or algae and the smaller scale of the resort is more appealing to us than some larger resorts we have stayed at in the past. Despite the smaller footprint, options for food, beverages and entertainment are exceptional. Kids: While this resort welcomes families with kids, the resort is not centered around entertaining them. The attraction for us and most adults is the pristine beach, though they also have a nice pool and a small jungle gym on the interior of the resort. I can't say I have ever used the pool because the beach is perfect for swimming laps or just floating in the cool waters. Food: Food is marvelous and the options get better with every vacation we take there. You'll never go hungry. Resort choices are plentiful. "The Fish Deck" (reservations required); delicious fish-centered dishes beautifully plated with additional food choices including chicken or beef. My husband's favorite is the coconut shrimp appetizer. Our server, Marilin is funny, helpful and attentive. She has served us on previous vacations, so it was nice to reconnect with a great employee. "Black Rock" (reservations required); tender beef cuts and creative sides served on sizzling plates while overlooking the ocean. Our server Milan was professional, efficient, attentive and kind. "Truck Stop"; a fantastic array of options including deliciously seasoned fish tacos, shrimp tacos, beef or chicken skewers, roasted veggies, potatoes and more. My favorite here is the BBQ Tenderloin Beef Skewers. Our regular encounters with our server Carlina were delightful. She is friendly, makes great recommendations and always served us attentively. "Asu Buffet"; a daily buffet offering nicely presented fruits, veggies, scrambled/hard boiled eggs, omelets and a variety of meats including sausage, bacon and other dishes. "Dragon Orchid" (reservations required) is a sushi restaurant. Though we don't eat sushi, guests I have spoken with were pleased with the menu. "Irie Bites" grill does seasoned chicken with rice & beans and corn on a daily basis, just off the beach for a quick lunch. "Turquois Grill" offers pizzas, burgers, fries, etc. from afternoon until midnight. "Fire & Ice" (reservations required) is fine dining at the sister resort, Blue Haven, which you can reach by free shuttle. They offer an expansive and exciting menu of fish, beef and chicken dishes. "Salt" is a casual grill at the Blue Haven marina that doesn't require reservations. We haven't eaten there but spoke with a guest who enjoyed the food. Drinks: "Smoothie Bar" open from early morning until 2pm will mix delicious fresh fruits, juices, syrups and milks to order. We enjoyed a daily afternoon pick-me-up from this stand. Robert and Mary, manning the blender each morning, did a fantastic job serving up good vibes. "Coconut Bar" is the main bar in the center of the resort. Several bartenders rotate shifts here, and I've never been disappointed by any of them. Particularly exceptional in their roles are Skylers (long-time Alexandra Resort bartender, loved by staff and guests alike), Trishauna who expertly took care of our needs in the afternoons, Franko who smiled and energetically served us and brought joy to everyone at the bar. Also, Nahtaly, a new transplant from Colombia, who was interesting, engaging, and worked non-stop mixing cocktails with a happy disposition and desire to please her guests. Accommodations: We've only stayed in the one-bedroom ocean-front suites, which are spacious and completely equipped with full kitchens; large dining table (seats 6), dishwasher, washer/dryer, 1 full bath with tub and separate shower, 2nd half bath. The full balcony has another large table (seats 6) and 2 cushioned chairs with ottomans. The views are stunning. Fridge is stocked daily with lots of water, soda pop and local beer. If you want something extra or just more of something you like, call the front desk and it will be delivered. Our housekeeper, Madeline Jean thoroughly cleaned our rooms daily and took care of any requests we had. She was marvelous, friendly and her work ethic, admirable. Recommendations: --Bring cash in small bills (singles, fives, tens) to tip the servers, housekeeping and bartenders. Everyone works extremely hard to make your vacation wonderful and a little generosity is definitely appreciated. --Bring a stainless-steel cup with a cap (ie. Yeti) The beach is hot and you'll appreciate having this item to keep your smoothie, ice water or cocktail cold. --Beach chairs are plentiful. While it's fine to get up early and claim a seat, don't be that chair hog-- rising at 5:30am to claim 6 chairs, (dropping toys or other junk on them) so that your friends/family can sleep till noon or not show up all day. Everyone wants to have a great vacation and most of the guests we have encountered are courteous and thoughtful. --Shared taxi vans (bring cash) are waiting right outside the airport to take you to your hotel. Pricing at this time is $28 one-way. Again, tips are not required but certainly appreciated. The resort will also arrange for your taxi back to the airport upon check-out. --Check out the Fish Fry on Thursday nights, just a short 15-minute walk from the resort. There is music, food, dancing and a Junkanoo band parade. A fun diversion.

My family and I stayed at the Alexandra over thanksgiving break. This was our first tropical vacation and it did not disappoint! First the resort was absolutely beautiful and so was the stunning beach, plus a shout out to the landscaping guys who always got us coconuts. The staff here were amazing including the people at the front desk and the travel desk as well as the people who made us the food. Which goes on to my family’s biggest shout out. Justin! The chef at fish desk! Note: my family is vegetarian and he took care of every single food option we had. And the food was fantastic too, perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Overall this vacation was great especially with all the staff and especially Justin! Also shout out to chef Carmen at the truck stop!

We just came back from a 7-day honeymoon trip to Turks and Caicos. We stayed at the Alexandra, an all inclusive located on Grace Bay Beach. All and all it was a lovely experience. Our room was a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, 1 bath, full kitchen and living room, washer and dryer and soaking tub and shower stall. Our balcony could easily accommodate 10 people and the view was astounding! Ocean side view at its BEST! The furniture in the suite could be updated, but the room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff seemed to pick and choose who would get their attention, but after tipping, they seem to come around. Note to the visiting customers, bring plenty of small bills for tipping. As far as restaurants go, they were pretty hit or miss. The breakfast is mediocre, at best. I wasn’t a fan of the buffet dinner. Fish Deck was pretty decent and so was Black Salt. We took the shuttle to the sister property and ate at Fire and Ice. The food was amazing and so was the service. We also ate at the truck stop and enjoyed several items from each spot. If you get a chance, visit Mr. Groupers. Excellent Food! We did catch the shuttle to their sister property, Blue Haven for their seafood party on Wednesday. Besides the dj playing, it wasn’t worth the visit. Lack of food varieties and the food I ate was average. The one thing this resort is lacking is activities for the guest. Besides karaoke on Thursday, it isn’t much to do. We ventured out to the downtown area, which is about a mile or so, walking. They have restaurants, souvenir shops, and other interesting places. We did the love buggy excursion and that was really fun! If you’re at the resort your biggest bet is to go to the beach or the pool. I think I heard Bingo being played and a few beach games, but that was it. You better pray you have excellent weather because we encountered a horrible storm here and since they don’t have room service we were forced to go out in the rain to get food. We got soaked! The staff was hustling to make sure everyone was accommodated and it was most appreciated. That evening the WiFi went out and as of the next day, it still wasn’t on. I would absolutely come back to TC, but I’m not certain I would stay here again. I like having options.

We were visiting Alexandra resort for the Thanksgiving break. It’s a great place, people went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We are vegetarians so I told them at the front desk and they brought their head Chef Carmen and chef Justin who went above and beyond to understand us. Justin was so nice. He made us a nice special vegetarian meal every night. we could order from the menu however, and had back up plan with Justin’s food. We love Indian food so he made us Indian food, one night we asked him for Chinese so he made that. He even made the gulab jamun because we don’t do eggs. Vacations are made better with better food and Justin did exactly that for us. The resort is relatively smaller to the ones in Cancun or Bahamas, but the Service was impeccable and do good we me wanted to extend our stay. The general manager, Vinod Bajaj gave us his personal number. I reached out to get a higher floor room to have a better seaview and they got us moved. There was another manager called Brown who walked over was three times instead of calling to the front desk just because we were chilling by the pool and he wanted us to relax. Great place great service very good food. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is absolutely amazing. Starting with the GM Mr. Bajaj followed by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Specially Gloria with her happy smile every morning, Ramon at black rock gives impecable service. Marjory was incredibly helpful and attentive. Andres so respectful attentive and of course the beach attendant Valery who was always making sure we stayed hydrated. I have dietary restrictions (vegan and gluten free) and it can be difficult to find a meal but the Cheff Marco was always so wonderful going out of his way to ensure I had food and could eat.( just to note they also have a lot of option in the different menus) Words come short of how welcomed and well treated I felt at the Alexandra Resort. This is what a vacation should be. I give them a 100 out of ten. They are just that great!! Thank you for an amazing vacation.

We had a fantastic and relaxing time at Alexandra and the staff made the experience even better. Dericka, Ricar, Ronald and Mary were not only extremely friendly but also super helpful with my kiddos, especially my 2yo who can be a handful. We spent two days over at Blue Haven as well and the highlight of the trip was using their kayaks to go over to the mangroves and see dozens of sea turtles and a few baby sharks. Bring bug spray!! We got bitten up like crazy and my two youngest even got swollen eyes (looked like a black eye) from getting bites near their eyes. Pack half of what you think you need and don’t bring any pool floats as they had plenty left from previous guests. We had a 2 bedroom room and it was huge and plenty of space for our family of 5. I thoroughly enjoyed drinking my coffee on the huge balcony overlooking the ocean.

Just got back from our 5th time at the Alexandra Resort. So many things we love about this resort and each time we go back they keep making improvements. The resort is an all-inclusive but so different than your typical all inclusive resorts. It is so much smaller than your typical All-inclusive resort. There are multiple restaurants and food options. The food is wonderful from the Asu Restaurant for Breakfast, the Terrace or Truck Stop for lunch and Black Rock or The Fish deck for dinner it is all delicious. The beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. From the crystal turquoise water to the soft white sand, which never gets hot. New beach bar with servers walking the beach to take drink and food orders. The Alexandra carries all top shelf liquor, which is unheard of at an all-inclusive resort. Patron, Grey Goose, Titos, Jim Beam to name a few. The rooms are great and clean consisting of studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms, all with washer and dryers. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. But the thing that makes this resort so special are the employees. They make you feel like family. Delano drives the shuttle amongst other things and always has a smile to greet you. Georgina Priscilla and LaToya at the front desk are so helpful and make you feel special. Gloria our dear friend who greets us each morning at breakfast and lunch and treats us like family. Millianne is wonderful too! Derica your excursion specialist always has a smile on her face and so helpful with any excursion your heart desires. Keisha, Trish, Farrah and Skyter are a few of your wonderful bartenders and can mix up any drink you desire. Ask Trish for a BBC or Keisha for one of her Keisha specials. The Asst General manager Cleopatra is always seen walking around the property, greeting guests and asking how their days is going. I know I am missing someone, but every employee there is truly a gem and caters to each guest making their vacation feel like one of a kind. Can't wait to go back in March!
