Best Vacation Ever! First time to TCI after wanting to visit for years. Worth the wait for our family of 6. Relaxing on the screened porch overlooking the beach/sunsets was the BEST. Comfy beds and upscale furniture, multiple TVs, well-appointed bathrooms, functional kitchen/dining, washer/dryer, and wonderful flexible/daily maid service to top it all off. Beautiful pool that was great for lap swimming and plenty of lounge chairs/tables. Effective work out room. The steps-away beach was breath-taking and outstanding for swimming, walking, or lounging in chaises under umbrella. Sturdy floats were a very nice touch to use in the ocean and pool. Bicycles were available but we didn’t have time to use them. Restaurants next door were good and convenient. Otherwise, we drove our rental car to the grocery store or to several nice restaurants all within about 10 minutes. I could go on... I must emphasize the Tuscany staff though. From the booking process to checkout, each one was so helpful and professional. My favorite was the warm welcome we received upon arrival. They treated us like family and spoiled us the entire time...never have I had an experience like that. Thank you Shawnemae, Terria, Coretta, Shaquell, Ronaldo, and sweet cleaning ladies. And we really appreciated all their assistance with recommendations and booking island activities. Even the owner of our unit was a huge help and made us feel like VIP guests in her home. Needless to say, we would gladly repeat the exact same experience at The Tuscany should we have the privilege of returning. We know it was a little stressful getting here with the island just re-opening on July 22nd and adhering to all of the protocols set forth by the TCI Government -- and you did it! And did it very succesfully! We are so happy that you and your family had a wonderful time at The Tuscany and that you enjoyed your accommodations, housekeeping, and assistance from our wonderful staff. Great hotel on the beach of Grace Bay. Perfect for our family of five. 3 bed rooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and large living area with beautiful balcony overlooking the spectacular blue ocean. Bike ride away from grocery store and shops. Lovey staff. We will return to this hotel.

This is our third time visiting the Tuscany. And as in the past we found the resort to be top notch. Staff is always pleasant and attentive. Location is fantastic – lovely Grace Bay Beach is 100 foot walk from the condo. The resort maintains the beach area well and provides a large number of lounges and umbrellas. The property faces west so whenever the sky is clear (most days) there is a great sunset. Graceway Groceries and a few restaurants/bars are about 1.2 miles from the resort The pool is large and well appointed and a nice spot to get away from the sun. Two new 3-burner outdoor grills are in the area between the pool and the condo. Our unit was in great condition with new and high quality furnishing and appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. The Wi-Fi worked extremely well – never an issue with 6 devices connected. There is not an onsite bar or restaurant, but Cabana Café, which is 200 feet south on the beach, has a nice selection of drinks and lighter meals in nice ocean front setting.…

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Tuscany in mid-January. There are so many positives about this resort and so many of them are the result of a great team running the place and all the staff. Everything is spotless. The beach is cleaned every morning and the umbrellas and chairs are in great condition (and plenty of chairs so no need to claim one at the crack of dawn). The grills were clean every time we went to use them - and we saw plenty of other people using them too. All the staff were so pleasant and I enjoyed chatting with a number of them. The rooms are large, the bed comfortable and the oceanfront screened in patio was great - morning, noon and night. Housekeeping came at the time we requested and that was so appreciated. Plus, everything was always replenished without ever having to ask. We can't wait to return next year. I can't imagine staying someplace else.…

My husband and I had a delightful stay here to celebrate his 50th birthday (the Dunn party). I don't have anything to add to the content of my review that has not said by other reviewers (e.g. convenience/"worth-it-ness" of their grocery shopping service, bottles of water delivered to room and in a cooler that you can take to the beach, etc.). I chose this resort based on its excellent reviews and its private/relaxed vibe. It was just what we wanted. The resort staff were consistently pleasant and responsive to any requests that we had. On a future trip to the islands we will most definitely stay here again.

and at the beach -- and plenty of umbrellas at the beach!

Absolutely! The Tuscany can "lock off" one of the two back bedrooms for you (the Queen or the Set of Twins) -- your decicision -- then you can keep the master bedroom with king bed that overlooks Grace Bay and one of the other bedrooms with its ensuite bathroom, then you will be renting as a two bedroom rental!

The Tuscany will either hold your deposit for an upcoming stay or send you a refund in the event there is a hurricane. If you are thinking about mid-September, it might be wise to purchase flight insurance just in case! Hope this helps!

We only stayed once last April (heading back next week) and our unit had a King in the master and 2 twins (or doubles) in other bedroom. I believe we requested it. They also have cots available which our 10 YO son used... he said it was very comfortable.
