We just enjoyed an absolutely amazing couple of nights at Seven Stars. The Covid-19 protocols are exceptional, cleanliness and hygiene is top priority at every single point, but it is all done in such a way that it really does not impact the luxury experience at all. The hotel and all the amenities are absolutely gorgeous, the grounds are beautifully kept, both the pools are wonderful and really spacious. There are plenty of comfy sunbeds by the pools, or the amazing beach staff with gladly set you up on the beach if you prefer. We had great service from start to finish, notably Lila on the beach, Peter at The Deck restaurant (the trio of conch is delicious!) and Shelove at Guest Services, but really, every single person we interacted with was friendly, courteous and fun. Seven Stars really do have some of the best resort staff on island. We ate at The Deck and also at Seven restaurant. Seven is truly fabulous, the attention to detail is second to none. Definitely treat yourself to an experience here, and don't forget to take full advantage of the excellent cocktail bar too! All in all, a luxury+ experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel

Hotel's Favourite
We normally stay at resorts associated with a major hotel chain, but our travel agent gave the Seven Stars and we are happy that she did. This place really has its act together. The staff is professional, warm, sincere and authentic. They are never ruffled, never hurried and always full of charm and grace. The property is smaller than one might imagine, but it is in immaculate shape. All indoor and outdoor spaces show the attention this resort gives to detail and belies its reputation for cleanliness. The suites are spacious, elegant and incredibly well equipped. Our kitchen had every appliance and utensil imaginable and enough glassware for any occasion. The refrigerator was immense and the ice maker actually worked for once! Bed and bedding of top quality and the bedroom and baths are huge. We ate once on the "Deck" and another time in the more formal Italian restaurant. Food was excellent and the bar serves great cocktails served my terrific mixologists (with personality). Big stretch of beach with plenty of comfortable spots on the sand and on the decks near the two pools. We went down to do some bone fishing and the hotel arranged these trips and with guides who were really great. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance of the hotel as well as major grocery store with everything under the sun including fine wine and liquor. A completely relaxing and carefree vacation!!!!

Amazing beach, location and views are INCREDIBLE! Not sure you could have a bad room here, so long as you are Oceanside. Our room was a junior king oceanfront (1508) and it was perfect for our 5 night stay. I am very picky when it comes to rooms, and this hit all the marks! Great view, comfortable balcony furniture, large spa tub, plush bed, well equipped kitchenette AND a washer/dryer in room which was super convenient. Housekeeping/room service took great care of everything and were immediate any time you call. The grounds are well groomed and security on property made us feel safe. The pools are relaxing and clean, the lounge chairs/cabanas are higher end and the free watersport equipment gave us something fun to do for any down time during the day. The hobbiecat sailboats are a blast and a must try! My girlfriend went to the spa for a facial/massage combo and she was pretty underwhelmed for the price. $230 and they don’t have any amenities. I’ve been to a lot of spas on vacation and this one is certainly lacking the quality of the rest of the resort. I will say that the gym located at the spa is decent if you want a quick workout. The restaurant serves free breakfast everyday which is nice, although the menu is pretty small to choose from and doesn’t change. We went to dinner on our last evening at Seven and it was not good and over-priced. I would not recommend eating at the hotel. Ask your cab drivers, they know all the best spots and are super friendly. Check out Mango Reef and Coco Bistro, both places were a Home run. The resort is walking distance to a nice supermarket (we cooked dinner in one night and we loved it), shopping and a great coffee spot called Lemon2go. All in all we were both happy with our stay and will certainly look forward to our next trip back. Cheers!

Is there construction noise going on next door?
Answer from Courtnee Howell
Aug 2020 |
Hi GrandTour793052, There is a Ritz Carlton being developed next door, but the noise is relatively mild as the buildings have already gone up. It is unlikely that you would hear anything in the suite. I hope this helps. Best Regards, Courtnee Howell-Forbes

Hi Lisa, 1. It really just depends on where you want to go. The dress code for both restaurants is resort casual, but you’ll find that Seven is for fine dining, while The Deck is casual dining on the beach. 2. While a service charge is taken for food and drink orders, it’s really up to you should you decide to tip or not. 3. The immediate area around the resort is safe and well lit, and there is a police station within walking distance. 4. Due to government regulations the resort cannot offer transportation, and we no longer have a representative at the airport to greet you. So we recommend booking a VIP transfer with our Concierge team. Otherwise, there are taxis at the airport, and the dispatcher stationed outside of arrivals will direct you to the first one available. I hope this helps. Best Regards, Courtnee Howell-Forbes

Hi katiep23, We have two kinds of 3 bedroom Ocean Front. The standard configuration, the third bedroom comes with either a set of twin beds or a pullout sofa. In the three bedroom with grand salon, the third bedroom only comes with twin beds. Both configurations can sleep up to seven if the last person uses a rollaway bed. I hope this helps. Hi MaryTD381, Ocean Front suites are generally located in the Alya and Alhena buildings as they are both as close to the water as we can legally be. Ocean view suites are located in the Maia building, though there are some on the first and second floors of the Alya and Alhena buildings. Ultimately the higher the suite is, the better the view. I hope this helps. Best Regards, Courtnee Howell-Forbes
