Our third time here. We had the double room with ensuite, again. This is our favourite room. It's right on the street front, but the noise wasn't too bad at all. The room was clean and comfortable and even had a small fridge. The kitchen facilities were excellent- nice crockery, a huge selection of cooking utensils and pots and pans...

Our group stayed for two nights to do Nydia bay and Wakamarina mountain bike tracks. The rooms were good value for money. We had the upstairs apartment with kitchenette and ensuite, a double room, and a queen ensuite room. The apartment was great with lots of room so that our group of seven could come up and all have breakfast...

The owner Shane is a true Kiwi, wonderful person and will help anyway he can to make his guests feel welcome, great homely atmosphere, stay in a cute holiday cabin, clean and fully equipped bathroom, large patio windows to look out from the kitchen, relax and stars glazing at night on the big deck at back or watching the sun...

The hostel is nice but if you plan activities there keep in mind that the owner is more interested in money than anything else. E.g. I was told that there are MTB shuttles for 80$, but as I arrived it turned out that I had to pay 80 bucks so that a young employee drives my own car to the...

We stayed here for one night, and it's a great place to stay. The dorm rooms are outside the main building, but have access to all the facilities. It was pretty windy the night we stayed, but we were still lovely and warm. Everything was clean and well looked after and the wifi was incredible - the best we've had...

I came to Havelock just to do Kayaking tour in Pelorus River with Eco Adventures, but ended up staying at Bluemoon Lodge due to the invitation of incredibly nice team, especially the owner! :) All of them they are very friendly, willing to help and willing to make your stay in Havelock very comfortable and memorable. The rooms are clean...

Didn't stay the night here but went out on a day trip kayaking with a group of friends. It was such a great experience despite mother nature not co-operating and it being a wet day we still had the best time. From the minute we met at the Blue Moon Lodge we were all well looked after, we were given...

We stopped in Havelock for their famous green lipped mussels but there was so much more to see. The lodge has mix of shared facility rooms and a self contained apartment. We stayed in the latter. The room has a great view (first pic)and is big enough for four people with a spa bath and kitchenette. There is a small...

Very nice and quiet lodge on the main street of Havelock. Close to town but then again town is not very big! This is an older home converted into a lodge but is quite nice and comfortable. The kitchen is nice and clean and the common area comfortable. Good place to stay!
