I stayed for 1 night only at the end of my Northumberland Costal Path walk. It's a quiet, comfortable and clean place to stay. Located only a short walk from the castle and town centre. A good continental breakfast was served in the very pleasant dinning room. Sue very kindly arranged my onward transport to a family wedding in the...

Traditional B&B just out of the centre but easy to find. Helpful owners (we were given a lift into town for a meal). Twin room a tad 'cosy'; separate bathroom. Odd notice asking you not to use the bath - frankly one of the best bits after a long damp walk. Fine breakfast.

We are pleased to hear you found us welcoming and helpful, giving you a lift to the village after your day's walk. We are surprised to realise you misread the notice in the bathroom - As we are committed to conservation, we have a polite notice asking our guests to 'consider' having a shower rather than a bath, to save...

We stayed here for 3 nights in April 2013 and Sue and Geoff made us very welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were very helpful with anything we asked of them. Wonderful breakfast and the room was clean and tidy.

Sue and Geoff were a delightful warm and welcoming couple with an immaculate family home. They were attentive and helpful with directions getting there and very informative about the area and St Oswald's walk. They were flexible about us having an early breakfast,

We stayed here on our St Oswald's Way walk through Northumberland. The B&B is located on the outskirts of town, close to green English fields. Our room upstairs was small but comfortable and the ensuite similarly small but serviceable. Everything was well cared for, and clean and tidy. Our hosts were very pleasant and helpful, pointing out a more scenic...

Warkworth was the last stop on our fabulous walking tour of the Northumberland coast and at first we were a little disappointed as we had to leave the pretty town centre and wearily make our way uphill to a less attractive area. Take it all back - we had the sort of warm welcome that we'd experienced in all Northumbrian...

I was doing a short cycle tour from Newcastle to Scotland using Sustrans route 1. Great B&B - secure storage for the bike in garage overnight. Great en-suite double room - freeview TV. Very friendly and helpful. I was lent a torch for the short walk to the town which is very pretty and with great pubs for evening meal....

Two of us friends stayed here as part of a motorcycle trip exploring the coast. Sue and Geoff were very welcoming and friendly, offering us off road parking for the bikes. The rooms were the highest standard I have seen in a B&B, very comfortable and well appointed. They showed us a nice walking route along the river into town....
