It is a really nice spa hotel. Every year we stay at this hotel for a few days . The hotel is in Salihli which is famous with natural water and Sardes monuments ( the place where the first money invented by Lydians.) Hotel has two swimming pools , Turkish bath , sauna, snow tab, steam room. Also you can...

Lidya Sardes is the best hotel for the hinterland of Salihli - Alaşehir region, the eastern side of Manisa province, located in woods and having a landscape of pyramid-like mausoleums of Lydian royalty members We liked very much its restaurant and SPA services. Hotel personel are very sympa.

Good service, clean facilities, quiet environment. If the owners invest some money into solar-power (available in the region all year-round) and add escalators as an option to the hundreds of steps on the stairs, visitors can then come and go from the duplex apartment suites without a fear of slipping. Excellent value for money as per spa facilities, decent food,...

The hotel is situated on a little hill at the entrance of town and has a view overlooking Sardes. It has an ancient decor idea. Rooms and bathrooms are pretty outdated. I doubt that my rooms was vacuumed since there were so many little things on the floor. I wish the rooms were a bit cleaner. Personnel was kind and...

This hotel may be the best bet for visiting Sardis - I'm not sure - but I would not want to visit here again. The hotel was just over-run with very young people, including the staff! It's very much a tour-group hotel, big buffet dinner, TERRIBLE wine. It was incredible how awful the wine is - and I like local...

We stayed one night at the hotel (group of 4), and got the duplex apartment suite. Lovely, airy rooms, with a spa tub. The restaurant and lounge area next to the lobby have great views of the valley. Room booking comes with nice extras like use of the thermal pool (superb outdoor section), steam and sauna. Big spread for breakfast...

We stayed one night (group of three) and it was nice but dated. We had a family suite which is supposed to cater for 4 people to be somewhat "self sufficient". However, we were provided with 2 bath towels, two coffee cups and other than that absolutely no cutlery or crockery so you could not stir your coffee or tea...

Were looking for a place with character around the Sardes ruins but had no choice so we stayed here. What a surprise. Looks kitschy from the photos but actually fit in nicely with surroundings. Nice room, polite service, clean, good buffet choice, excellent value for money.

Our overall impression of the Hotel Lidya was positive. The initial problems with the air conditioning and the internet could happen momentarily at any hotel in the world and we will not hold that against them. The rooms were comfortable although not overly spacious. The staff was friendly but most spoke little to no English. The bright spot of our...
