First time staying in a Premiere Inn. I was surprised at the high quality of the room for the low price I paid. I stayed in a family room with my three children, who after the excitement of staying in a hotel, did settle and slept comfortably all night. The room had soft towels, very clean, comfortable bed, powerful shower,...

You know what you're getting with a premier inn. No bells or whistles just a comfortable & clean stay in a useful location. Room size is always plenty big enough, even with a 1 year old. Bathrooms could be a little nicer but they are almost always clean.

Cheap (booked well in advance), nice room (3-star hotel standard), big bed, quiet, clean, well maintained. Booking and check-in easy. Food at the Smuggler's Haunt was good and the staff were great: friendly and human.

As Premier Inns go this one in Ferndown is nice and clean, in a good location and the staff are friendly. I would recommend staying here. We stayed as part of a bird watching mini break and the location was ideal for us visiting the new forest and blashford lakes.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable with good amenities. Stayed for three nights. Enjoyed every minute. The room was warm but also had a fan in if you got a bit warm. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Despite location near a busy road, the hotel rooms are very quiet & unlike most Bournemouth hotels, we had a really good nights sleep with no guests banging around and returning late at night as you get in town locations. Staff were great, really helpful and nothing too much trouble.

It was a very spontaneous decision in our case. I booked online and checked in 5 minutes later. Very good service, clean and nice rooms. Very comfy beds and pillows. Restaurant next door, so late dinner and breakfast was sorted as well. Can recommend!
