Meraki is an excellent choice for those which seek a hospital and family hotel with swimming pool and bar.It is located at 200m of a great sand beach gilded with crystalline water, ideal for the families with children of all ages. Tolo is with 10 kilometers of Nauplie, first capital of modern Greece and very appreciated tourist site of the tourists (many craft industries, lanes pedestrians, museums, taverns, splendid port…).

I spent 5 nights in Meraki, and I am in love. This place has one of the most inviting pool areas I have ever seen. I stayed there with a friend for a relaxing vacation, and we hardly ever left. We visited the beach only once, which is a short walking distance away, just because we had such a good time staying at the swimming pool of Meraki. The pool is big and super clean, surrounded by plants and flowers, you can not see or hear traffic or any noise. Pet friendly. Family friendly with a kids pool at the side. Clean comfortable rooms. Reasonable prices. Amazing people, polite and hospitable. Special mention to Alex, Mania and of course Maria, who cooked for us delicious snack and salads. Cold beer. Guests from all over the world, all ages and types, groups of friends, families, couples, mixed together in a friendly and cozy environment. I just hope I can visit again this summer or later in September or October. I highly recommend it.

Nice place. The staff was friendly. The room we had was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 little kids. The kids loved the pool. You do need to drive to the town center, though (for food and drinks). Walking would have taken too long with little kids in tow; and, at night, the roads were too dark to safely walk.

Our family of four had a great stay in Meraki. Aleks and Mania (as well as all other staff on board) were excellent hosts. The pool area was so well done, very pleasant to relax and soak up the sun ☀️ The breakfast was amazing! So much variety and very, very tasty food. Thank you Meraki for making our first visit to Greece so pleasant. Pesevic family

The pool is amazing, Alex and Mania are very friendly hosts. We loved to relax at the pool/bar area in the afternoon after a morning of sightseeing in mykene, Korinth, Epidaurus... A bit loud at night due to the really busy road and constantly barking dogs in the neighborhood but this is only because we prefer to sleep with open windows rather than air conditioning. Definitely recommend to stay here if you are looking for a great location as a base to explore this part of the Peloponnes.

My hubby and I stayed for two weeks in July. We have travelled to many places in Greece and had a fantastic holiday at Meraki! Alex & Mania are lovely people and the apartments are spotless! The pool and bar area are lovely, never overcrowded & lots of lovely little touches from Mania. We will definitely return here for another superb holiday.

We loved this place! It was easy to find although we arrived at night after a long drive from Athens. The owners phoned us along the way to ask about our progress and to tell us that they would be waiting for us - this was appreciated. We chose this hotel in Tolo as we wished to have a place with parking and a pool where to relax, and yet be close to Napflion, which is a wonderful place, but with very limited parking! We were not disappointed as we visited Napflion a number of times as it was less than 15 minutes away by car. We also had the opportunity to drive to other lovely places, but were always happy to return to Meraki Apartments to relax by the pool and to have a good night's sleep in absolute silence.

My husband and I stayed here for the last two weeks in September and we loved every minute of our stay. Alex and Mania are great hosts - friendly and helpful, and Alex makes the best frappes. Kostas kept us entertained at the bar with his stories and discussions about music. I'm an animal lover and it didn't bother me at all that there were pets at the hotel - Alex and Mania live here and it's a home as well as a guest area. The dogs were all very sweet and well behaved around the guests - they would wait patiently to be petted and if you didn't do it, they would wander away. They never pestered anyone for attention. My husband isn't all that fond of animals and even he was won over by sweet Melenia. We didn't eat at the bar very often, but the toasties we had were absolutely fine and very reasonably priced. The beer was nice and cold, and the chilled glasses were a nice touch on a hot day. Our room was cleaned every second day and we were always happy with it - Katerina and Margarita were always working hard and always had a smile and a "good morning" for us. The room itself was very typical of 1970s Greek holiday apartments, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good the bathroom was as the tiles were really clean and had no sign of mould. The standards of maintenance are really quite high! We had a maisonette which was more than adequate for the two of us and we had a lovely view of the pool and the sea from our balcony. On a safety note, if you have young children and you book a maisonette you will need to be vigilant with them as there is no handrail for the marble steps. Also, the cooker is integrated into the sink so when you are using it the front of it gets hot. This is fine for adults and older kids, but will need a bit more caution if you have young kids with you. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook a few simple meals. There's even a kettle so that you don't need to boil water in a pot if you fancy a coffee. The pool area was spotlessly clean and the furniture was of nice quality, not the usual cheap, white plastic. There's real attention to detail at the pool with the way it lights up at night and changes colour. We found it relaxing to sit on our balcony at night and just watch the pool and listen to the insects. I noticed another review that mentioned the lack of pavements. This is fairly typical in Greece so I always take a little keyring torch with me so that I'm visible to traffic at night. There is a blind corner as you walk up from the beach towards the apartments so it needs a bit of extra care and common sense. Overall, I would definitely recommend Meraki to anyone who is visiting Tolo. We went in late season and, although the rooms were fully booked, the pool area was always peaceful with plenty of seats and loungers available. Good location, very clean, friendly people, friendly animals and lots of Greek filoxenia.

The apartments are located at the entrance of the village of Tolo, a short walk away from the beach and the main village street which is full of restaurants and shops. Be warned however, the heart of the village where most of the night life takes place is a good 20 minute walk away. There are literally no pavements for pedestrians to walk on between the apartments and the beach so we ended up using our car for the 1 minute drive to the beach as we did not want to risk being hit by a car... Our room on two levels was pretty small but mostly functional. We had a small balcony facing the pool and you could see the sea in the distance which was nice. It would be nice to have a screen or something between the small balconies to provide some privacy. We were lucky that our neighbours were quiet. The pool was absolutely fantastic and the definite highlight of the hotel. It was particularly impressive in the evening when it kept changing colour. The main negative for me was that the owners keep 3 pet dogs in the hotel area which are free to roam pretty much everywhere day and evening. I am not a fan of dogs and having them around all the time, seeing them stick their mouths in the pool to drink water and seeing them sleep on top of the poolside reclining chairs was off-putting (not to mention unhygienic). Given the above I cannot give Meraki more than 3 stars. If it wasn't for the dogs it would have been a 4 star review.
