We visited the hotel for a few hours only. The manager was kind to let us use the pool and facilities even though we were not hotel guests. Lovely and friendly staff ! The hotel looks clean and well maintained. Big balconies and amazing view.

Just returned from a second wonderful holiday at the family-run Panorama.
The hotel has the best location in Tolo with a great view over the bay (all the rooms face the sea). The rooms/apartments are good 3*+ standard. The pool and grounds are beautiful - all very well maintained.
As well as being a pleasant seaside village with lots of good tavernas, Tolo is a very good base for exploring this part of Greece.
What makes staying at the Panorama special is the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, but particularly of the hands-on owner/manager.
The place deserves this good review, but I'm reluctant to post it because I'd like to keep it a secret!

For many years we used to stay in hotels in Nafplio. Then we discovered Tolo, about 15 minutes from Nafplio. Tolo is a beautiful village, with very clean and sandy beaches. Panorama hotel is the perfect place to stay there. Reasonable prices, very good service and friendly management and stuff. Perfect view day or night, swimming pool, restaurant, parking place and, if you perfer, ten minutes walking from the beach.
A place i would suggest to people traveling alone or with family.

Stathis and his family made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. We had flown to Athens and then got a long distance bus which was a very easy way to get there. We had asked for a room on the second floor and we could not believe how spectacular the views were in every direction. The room was kept spotlessly clean and everything worked!! There is free airconditioning which proved very useful in August. The pool was lovely and always clean. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and the friendly greetings we always received. We did not hire a car and were able to use buses to get to Nafplio and the theatre at Epidavros for a Saturday night performance. We could see the bus stop from our large balcony. It was only 5 minutes to the lovely beach. The sea was the warmest we have had in Greece. The walk back took a bit longer as it is up hill. There is a short cut to the hotel by steps, There are plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets closeby. We have been coming to Greece since 1972 and would rate the Panorama as having the best view in Greece. Thank you Stathis for a lovely holiday we will definately be back.

I've just enjoyed my 15th vacation at Panorama in Tolo. Over the years I've spent my summerholidays elsewhere to see a new Place, however, next summer I must og back to Panorama. What is so attractive about this hotel? Obviously the view from my balcony, the nice and clean apartment (i always have the same now), the breeze when the temperature rises, the tasty breakfast and the good restaurant, the pool and the poolarea. I could go on and on about all the good things. But even more important is the family that owns and runs the hotel. They go out of their way to make our stays as pleasant as possible. Over the years we have become friends and made us feel like guests, not customers. As a matter of fact, I would almost like to keep this hotel to myself, my family and friends - but the Panorama in Tolo deserves lots of happy guests. I am already looking forward to my NeXT visit to "my Greek home".

this will be our second time going to panorama in tolo . we went there about 3 years ago and it is beautiful.. the hotel is on the side of the hill with the most beautiful views.. the swimming pool is lovely, facing out to the beautiful bay. the view at nite from the veranda is worth seeing. the staff are wonderful and as my husband is greek, even more eager to see our stay was good. the town itself is a bit too touristic for my liking but you dont have to leave the hotel.. if u dont want to..it is a great base from which to visit all the historic sites around the area, epidauros, asklipio, mycenae, naufplio etc. i can't wait to go..(2 weeks to go)

I 've been there because I wanted to stay at a beach near Nafplio. I found Panorama as a hotel exchange to my timeshare. It is out of Tolo on a hill offering stanning views of the whole area of Tolo. To go there reaching Tolo you turn right to the ring road of it and after 400 meters you turn right again and climb the road on the hill (there is a sign). Also on the main street of Tolo there is a sign for going to Panorama. The hotel (which works as a pension) has three levels. I had an apartment with 2 rooms on the second level, with a big veranda with excellent panorama views. The apartment had a kitchenette with two "eyes" and an oven, plates, cups and some pottery. Also a small refridgerator. So you can cook some things or bring food from outside (in Nafplio there are 3-4 greek food take away restaurants with very reasonable prices, if you want cooked food). Every room of the apartment had an air-condition. Notice to clean the filters of the air-condition by washing them, as they were never cleaned! The beds had very good linens and the matresses were also very good and comfortable. The beds are a bit noisy sometimes. The bath was very modern, with a cabin for tub and a high tech system as a shower (which makes also hydro-massage!). The hotel provides you good quality shampoo and shower gel. It aslo has a hair-dryer. There is a total lack of hangers in the bathroom (only for 2 towels) and in the rooms. There is a big wardrobe, but there are not places or stands to put the luggage. The garden is nice, there is a kids playground. The swimming pool is very clean and with good dimensions. The bad thing is that a lot of kids are playing there, diving all the time and annoying you. The pool hours are from 10:00 to 22:00. Next to the pool is a restaurant (open from 13:00 till 22:00) with snacks, spaghetti, burgers, pizza. The pizza was good (not a deep-frozen one), the club sandwich and the roasted chicken fillet also. The french fries are deep-frozen. The prices are quite high (9 Euros the chicken fillet, or the fried squid and the main dishes in general), the portions are good. In the price of the room is breakfast included. This is served in a hall in the hotel. The breakfast buffet for such a hotel is very good, with eggs, omelet, sausages, ham and salami, bread, crouassant (very good indeed!), toasts, yoghurt, honey, jam, local biscuits, one day there was greek donuts (loukoumades), other day small cheese pies, different coffees, milk, orange juice, fresh fruits. I 've seen some reviews, saying that it is not good. What else do you expect in a pension? Panorama is not a 5 stars hotel. It is a hotel working as a 4 keys pension. And I have to mention that the quality of the things offered was very high, without stomach problems!!! From the hotel the village is 200 meters away, but if you try to come back and climb the hill, I would not recommend it (especially if you have kids). The beach is 300 meters away, but if you want to go to the beach, then I suggest you go to the one in the entrance of Tolo and the direction to Drepano, as it is much better than the one in the village, which is very narrow. From there you can visit Nafplio, Micynae, Tiryntha, Epidaurus, Nemea. Panorama is very quiet (except the kids playing in the pool) and is run by a family. The staff and the owner are very polite and friendly. We really had a very nice time there and I propose it to everyone who wants a good base to explore the area, or just wants to stay in Tolo.

We highly recommend this hotel, where the family atmosphere, warm!
Very nice view, as the name suggests!
The reception is very friendly (Stathis and Kristos), the owners are always there for you, the apartment is spacious, clean and has all the amenities.
The large, clean pool, unlike other hotels where we stopped ...
The people at the bar and restaurant (Evi and Kostas) are super nice too!
The food is very very good = very good price / quality ratio.
Many thanks to all the team!
We stayed here for 7 nights, I would anticipate more next time.
Cheers!
Emma, Lisa, Daniela and Salvatore.

Stayed here for 8 nights. First time in Tolo. Excellent value for money!! The whole staff with especially Christos ( and his friendly wife Kula who do excellent food in the pool side restaurant) really makes a difference. Always with a smile, always ever so helpful with anything from adding a extra matress in the bed, places to go to making reservations for renting a boat. The view is stunning overlooking the sea and village of Tolo. Pool area spotless. Peaceful and quite. The interior of rooms a bit old, but very clean and functional. Toilet and shower rather small, but well kept. Aircondition and WIFI ( free ) in the rooms highly appreciated. Nafplio city 15 minutes by car is a true gem wehere we spent a couple of evenings shopping and dining.

Honestly… I dont need to write much… the place speaks for itself! The staff were overly generous, the views were perfect, the price is great. Plus… they had a restaurant they owned just a few min away on the beach and the wine was 4 EURO for a liter! Love this place!
