My stay at Rose Cottage was excellent with spectacular views. The house and room was spotless and I arrived to a very warm welcome from Karen. Nothing was too much trouble, good advise given on local amenities and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. There is a fish and chip van just a few hundred yards away called the Cod Father that I would also strongly recommend. To top it off the price was outstanding value and Karen's 'home made fudge' provided a very nice treat for my wife. Thank you Karen and Adrian. Regards Paul F.

We were warmly welcomed and due to our late arrival (both times) were provided with some much needed food (delicious)! The twin room and the whole the b&b was beautifully clean and the breakfast tasted fantastic. Will 100% return if we are ever back in Launceston. Thank you!

In May I had a last minute booking for one night. My hosts were happy for me to arrive late, which really helped as I was coming from work. The price was brilliant, the standard excellent, I slept well. I would recommend to everybody.

A warm welcome after hours in the snow on A30. Greeted by hot drinks and friendly faces in unexpected stop. Great breakfast and dog friendly. Decided to stay second night to give snow chance to melt. Strongly recommended.

Ran by a very friendly couple and accommodated us and our dog beautifully. Although a dog friendly b&b there is no evidence of dog smell or hair, it’s so very clean. Very comfortable, great breakfast and will be staying again.

I've done Pubs with rooms, Premier Inns, Travel Lodges, Holiday Inns et al and they all serve a purpose; but nothing beats a homely B&B where the owners are passionate about their business and where guests are not just a room number on an invoice at the end of a stay. Rose Cottage is small but cosy, warm and welcoming, and the owners, Adrian & Karen, deliver a first class service with a smile. Comfortable accommodation (I had the double), fabulous breakfasts, plus the usual tea/coffee tray in the room and fresh milk provided in a mini fridge on the landing. Will definitely be back!

Polite welcoming greeting, ample off road parking, room clean, tidy, well decorated and furnished. Did the usual paperwork then we were given tea and homemade ginger cake. Breakfast well organised, just fill in the form and state the time. A big step up from some B&B's I have seen.
