First I have to say we absolutely loved this place and the town of Bonassola. We arrived by train and hiked up a long steep road to arrive at Ca du Ferra. There is a more direct route through lovely gardens and homes if you can find it or are familiar with it. Once we got up the hill we...

The room is very small, extremely humid and as a consequence has a bad smell. The price (95-100 euros per night) is not adequate as compared to quality (we found sand and hair in our bed). It has however a very nice garden where one can cook and spend time outside. If the weather is rainy be careful because nothing...

We had a 3 fantastic nights at Ca du Ferra. The garden is wonderful to relax. From the B&B you can easily walk into the centre of the town, station or beach. Aida is the most lovely woman who serves a fantastic and delicious self made breakfast. The accomodation is a bit small, but very well equiped, clean and has...

Very well located accommodation in the beautiful town and surrounds of Bonassola. The room and ensuite are very clean and modern. The outdoor space is a highlight of the property. There is a covered outdoor table with bbq grill area, sink, gas burners and a beautiful garden (shared with the guests of the other room). Bikes also provided for the...

Bonassolla is pleasant and more typical Italian village. Very near to Cinque Terre but with better opportunities for hikes along the coast. The station less than 5 minutues walk from Ca du Ferra and offers good transport to e.g. Deiva Marina and Cinque Terre. We especially liked the hike from Deiva to Riva. Ca du Ferra has 4 rooms scattered...

Extremely charming and authentic place. Service and cleaning is great :) and the bikes (which you can burrow for free) makes it easy to go to levanto, from where you can go to the Cinque Terre. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Ca du Ferra is highly recommended. Aida truly is a great host and the place is simply wonderful. It is slighty damp but that seems unavoidable given the unique location close to the hills. Also they have heating which is quite effective. We stayed in the room "Il mulino" but "Il casottino" is probably the better choice because it receives...

We enjoyed 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation is perfect in every way and our host Aida is most gracious. You have privacy and tranquillity and easy access to the beautiful countryside around Bonassola and the Cinque Terre. Aida supplies you with breakfast that is well worth it and made entirely by her own expert hands... except...

We had a wonderful time staying 10 nights in Ca du Ferra farm&relax. It is situated in the small and peaceful village of Bonassola which is very close to the famous Cinque Terre. We've spent a wonderfull seven days at this charming B&B. On our arrival day we called to say we were going to be late. No problem for Signora Aida. Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to Cà du Ferrà Farm & Relax! The farm is located in Bonassola, a small village in the province of La Spezia, in the Riviera di Levante, near the Cinque Terre National Park. The story begins early in the year 2000, when Antonio and Aida, clothing dealer her, building contractor him, to escape from the routine that led decide to change their lives and devote themselves to rural tourism, agriculture and the environment, love that had always kept in the drawer and never want to put away. Over the years they have purchased land and several outbuildings that slowly begin to adjust and restructure, and this is so that by the hands of Antonio and the creative immagination of Aida are born "The Casottino" and "The Mill", recovered with tenacity and passion of two structures used for housing animals. With the old buildings are also retrieved all the vacant lots, parcels cleaned and planted with vines, which is now undergoing conversion from conventional to certified organic agricolture. In all these years we have hosted and met people from all over the world, many of which have become true friends. Staying at Cà du Ferrà Farm & Relax means get in touch with nature, enjoy the relaxing experience 365 days a year and a sincere and genuine hospitality as you have never tried. We are waiting for you with open arms! ... more   less
