I absolutely loved my stay at Ashiana yoga resort. I felt at home and comfortable, and the Ashiyana staff are extremely friendly and helpful (especially the lovely kitchen manager who introduced herself and remembered my name to make me feel welcome). The yoga classes were

It is the perfect place to arrive in Goa. A place to relax and empty out….You don't have to think about anything any more, you can just sit at the balcony of a beach hut staring at the sea, go to yoga, eat delicious food. Super friendly staff. Just go.

Hi, apologies for the delay, but yes - we are closed, there is a lot of rain at the moment - still a lovely time of year but there aren't many people around nor much open. We will re-open in October (to April end), please do let us know if you would like to come then!

Hi - there is definitely enough food but it is soups, kitchari, steam veg etc, depending on your exact recommendations by the Doctor. Some days you may be able to join the full meals. Re the Yoga - it really depends and the Doctor may recommend resting for some days, so honestly I wouldn't plan to do two classes a day - they are 2 hours long each. Even if you aren't on the detox 4 hours a day everyday could be too much! :) Though the classes are usually split to be more active in the A.M. and less so on the P.M.

"Preferably a Eco Lodge not that close to the kitchen/restaurant area."
"Beach huts are nice but loud near the river. Beach hut on the beach might be better."
"The Well Tree room is located right above a sitting area and near the kitchen which makes it quite noisy."
"The suites are beautifull but eco lodges very Nice too."
"I recommend the beach huts! They are right off the beach and you can fall asleep to the ocean waves each night!"
