If you're looking for peace and quite well then this is the place for you....the grounds are well kept the rooms are basic but could use some updateing because most of the furnishing is old and some even broken...thank god there was air conditioning in the room the fan stopped working after a couple days of our two weeks there....

The room: old furniture, sheets were not properly washed, bath room is very worn down, the balcony was very nice with a great view of the ocean. One day the staircase outside my room was filled with old plates and left over food, probably the staff left it when cleaning. Fan and aircon working on either full speed or not...

This place is so fine - I stayed at the beachviewing rooms, and can highly recommend these. I did not eat at the resort, as I had yoga classes in the neighbor resort. The place is situated ON the beach. Great people, good service and they friendly arranged pick up in airport. Will be back i 2015.

This was my third visit to the Mandrem Beach Resort. The grounds are very well kept and it is truly a good place to go and get away from the hustle and bustle of busy life. Although not a place for young people looking for a busy night life, this location is better suited to those trying to get away...

Positives first....location is amazing.right on the mandrem beach. But that is where the positives need.terrible service.too slow.non-responsive staff. The resort lacks basic facilities. It takes an agonising wait to have your needs met. During our stay of four days, our bed sheets or towels were not replaced even once. Room service has to be called repeatedly for cleaning. Mr. Santosh,...

Stayed at the room by the sea. That was the only positive thing. The rooms were old and dirty. No cleaning at the first week. The manager quoted several different prices to different people. Breakfast - do not take. Take could make a beautiful resort just by employing better staff and taking care of the place. Just a waste, and...

We booked the place for 5 days but we were made to stay at another resort of their in Candolim, which I ould say is not at all worth being in. But this resort location is awesome, we had a sea facing room which was near their restaurant, although due to off season it wasn't functional but was very beautiful....

Having been to Goa many times we were not disappointed with this hidden gem. Away from the hustle and mayhem and perfectly located within a few minutes of the idyllic Mandrem Beach. Rooms were basic yet clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful that it made our stay very relaxing. Only a few sunbeds on the beach but...

Mandrem Beach Resort is a beautiful little gem, so peaceful and tranquil. The whole atmosphire is quiet, slow and chilled. The most wonderful place to relax. “Block E faces the sea and from your room (and private balcony) you have uninterrupted view of the sea. The other rooms face a river (well some are in the middle of the grounds and so probably don't have any view), which I think would be nice too but if it's your first visit and can afford the extra £7 or so then go for block E and top floor if stairs not an issue. The a/c is worth having too and some rooms don't have and are cheaper, so do check and be clear about what you're getting. Basically you get what you pay for and so don't book the cheapest thinking you'll get the same, you won't.”
