The hotel got recently renovated. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, And also the breakfast is very good. I also liked the hotel Italian restaurant, which is very comfortable offers a variety of Italian cuisine. Definitely recomendable!

It seems that some reviews for this hotel are outdated. It is partly newly refurbished, clean, hospitality is great. The view is marvelous and the flair is charming and traditional. You will not get any other hotel for this price with the location 5 mins from the oldtown.

We had the top floor, which included 2 bedrooms & 2 baths along with a sitting area. We also had a lovely personal balcony that had an awesome view! The Wifi was a bit sketchy and didn't stay connected very well. There is a restaurant on site and the food was alright. There is also a bar with a 3...

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days along with SOTC group. Before coming here, I was very sceptical due to bad reviews received by the property. However, to my total surprise, this was a very good experience. The rooms are very spacious and afford a wonderful view of green lawn and hilly forest...I slept well and bathroom was modern...

We went to Salzburg for one night in the summer. After an amazing week in the mountains we were extremely disappointed with this hotel. As soon as you walk into the entrance all you can smell is smoke, it was disgusting. We then had to pick our keys out of a basket because there was no one there. On our...

We stayed one night (me, wife, two young kids). Pros: Room was very large. Breakfast was very nice. The breakfast room is very new and modern. While we were there, we noticed electrical staff about to work on something by the attached restaurant near the toilets so it seems they are trying to modernize. Cons: Shower worked fine at night...

Very welcoming receptionist and smooth check out. Plenty of car parking at the side of the hotel and impressive frontage and balcony over looking the road and the mountains. A little road noise in the morning however this was compensated with lovely views and a balcony. Whole experience was let down by poor bedding (needed replacing for newer/fresher bedding and...

Worn out out rooms. We stayed as couples and got one side of double rooms, with shared bathroom and toalet. Limited English skills in reseption. Truckers pit stop, with Ok breakfast. Would rather drive all the way to Salzburg.

On average, its a good hotel for 2 or 3 days stay. Pros: Big rooms, wall to wall carpet, Sofa and a small dining table in the room, balcony, huge wardrobe etc. Cons: Very limited breakfast options, poor service, nobody understands English.
