Gwel an Mor is a very short trip for my family from Truro but why go anywhere else? We've been coming here since my daughter was born and have stayed 9/10 times now. It's the perfect place to come and relax and the facilities onsite are very good and getting better. The biggest attraction for us has always been the...

I wrote a review to the Gwel an Mor manager, James, nearly a month ago and have heard no reply. So I’ll post our review here. We booked a New Year break at Gwel an Mor for a week. Before finding your resort online we researched many other places for a break but out of them all Gwel an Mor...

Nobody but Mother Nature can provide an early spring - but Gwel an Mor provided everything else for an ideal half-term break! Our tasteful VIP accommodation provided fully the equipment and facilities any busy, tired family might need, with prompt, kind help and advice only a phone-call away. A heart-lifting view out towards the sea at Portreath was matched by...

Visited here on a Spa Day deal, which included a treatment and lunch! Was greeted by friendly receptionist, who told us what we needed to know! The spa area has a pool area, with a lovely jacuzzi, however, within the changing rooms there is a sauna and steam room. The pool and changing rooms are open to guests staying at...

Recently stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The lodge was great, book one with the jacuzzi and wood burner, makes a difference. Facilities for children were good; farm, activity centre, tennis and swimming all within a 5 minute walk from your lodge. Restaurant was ok, take aways were very handy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be going back!

We have just stayed for one week in one of the Tregea VIP lodges. We are a family including a toddler and two dogs, this I have found is not always easy to accommodate. We stayed in one of the dog friendly lodges, which I was hesitant about as I was imagining it to be obvious dogs had stayed before...

I'm currently writing this review sat in the comfortable surroundings of our spacious lodge. I have really enjoyed 98% of my stay here and I would definitely return, in fact we are discussing coming back here in October. The site it's self is brilliant, especially if you've got children and pets. Our dogs have really enjoyed our holiday as the...

We visited as part of a spa day package. Fantastic value of £46 for use of spa, treatment and 2 course lunch, The lunch in the terrace restaurant was amazing, so fresh and tasty, one of the best lunches I've had tho there wasn't a great choice, Eva did my back massage and listened to my requirements, it was fabulous....

Carla, Thankyou for taking the time to pen such a lovely write up and I am pleased you found our Spa day package such good value, of course this is the reason the lunch menu is limited, for a day using all our pool facilities, a massage and lunch, £46 is amazing value. We have closed the pool now for...

This was our first stay at this outstanding resort. The lodge was spotlessly clean and the facilities were fabulous. We were so impressed with all of the staff....nothing was too much trouble. The hot tub and log fire in our lodge were the icing on the cake. We enjoyed it so much, that we've booked to come again next Year!

We have just returned from a wonderful spa day. Swimming pool, warm and very inviting. Lovely jacuzzi. Also sauna and steam room and gym. Visited the terrace for lunch, included in the day, lovely lunch. We then had a back massage, excellent, the best I have ever had, well recommended. Well worth a visit. A great find.
